Bob and his team are the best. I cannot recommend Hansen Marine Engineering highly enough. Bob has very patiently helped a novice sort out a 40 year old Universal Atomic over the last 2 years, almost entirely over the phone and he has always had the answers and parts I needed. The expertise and professionalism on display at Hansen Marine is second to none.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service! I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Hansen Marine. I purchased a water pump from them yesterday and, after bringing it to a repair shop today for the pulley to get pressed, the pump ended up getting damaged. Even though the issue wasn't caused by Henson Marine, they went above and beyond to help me out. They allowed me to purchase a replacement pump and took the time to properly reinstall the pulley for me, making sure everything was done correctly. It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Hansen Marine to anyone looking for quality parts and outstanding customer service. Thank you again for your help!
