Hartney Greymont was so great to work with that we used them for three different projects! Jon Quinn, our arborist, led a team of hard-working and dedicated staff who completed the projects in a timely fashion. The team pruned our towering oak trees, planted an array of different trees and plants, mulched the landscape, figured out issues with our current plants (e.g., Viburnum Leaf Beetles), and created a new section of lawn where a swing set previously stood. Jon worked closely with us to design the new landscape. Throughout the entire process Jon was in constant communication, following up to ensure the plantings were taking. I would strongly recommend Jon and Hartney Greymont. All members of the team were truly exceptional.

Jon Quinn, an arborist at Hartney, has done a number of jobs for us during the past few months. We were extremely impressed by a number of things. Jon is a prompt, thorough and thoughtful communicator. He has given us some recommendations and advice about how to prolong the life of a number of our trees under stress. He then scheduled and did the work promptly. One piece of work concerned a sugar maple whose roots had been deeply buried in some landscaping done dozens of years ago by a previous owner. Jon and his team employed the technique of air-spading to address this problem. The work required a lot of digging, but Jon and his team did a great job cleaning up after their work. What we especially appreciate is that Jon is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about his work and about the trees. Also, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

Adam has always been gracious in assisting me with the tarp as it is, at minimum a two-man job. Thank you, Adam.

John Quinn came out and gave us an assessment as well as a proposed plan (vs other proposals which said cut down the tree). The crew arrived as planned, worked all day, and delivered the plan. The crew of Marc R, Michael T and Ben F were so professional and hard-working. They communicated very well and left the job with everything cleaned up and in place. I highly recommend Hartney Greymont especially if you need arborists vs tree cutters. We will invite them back in 5 years! THANKS

Hartney Greymont has completed several projects at our condo association, including tree trimming and fungicide treatments. They consistently provide high-quality work based on their professional assessments and detailed scopes of work.
Recently, Adam, their Certified Arborist, inspected one of our trees that was in poor condition and provided us with very detailed and professional feedback. His assessment helped us better understand the condition of the tree and determine the appropriate approach to address the issue.
We greatly appreciate their professionalism, expertise, punctuality and quality of work.
