Great work at a reasonable price.
I could not be happier with the repair on my truck. I was rear-ended causing quite a bit of damage. Tony Carrabba at the Maple location made sure everything was repaired correctly the first time.
Jordan , you took good care of me from beginning to end. Kudos to you and your staff, my vehicle looks great, like it never happened. Charmaine
Very professional and courteous. Amazing job on my vehicle! Looks like new.
I got sideswiped - nasty scratches and dents from the bumper to the passenger door of my 2025 Prius. Harvey’s were friendly and fairly quick in getting it all done, and the result is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for better.
Friendly, car ready on the day promised. Reasonably priced.
Jordan was great to work with!
My car looked great when they finished the repairs. They worked really hard with an insurance company to get the work completed.
This is the second time that I have used Harveys. They do a great job. Their people have great customer service and are patient in answering all your questions.
Harvey’s is friendly, efficient, accommodating and they did a fantastic job on my auto repair! I would definitely recommend them.
Harvey's did excellent work on my car. Took longer than quoted but work was well done and pristine.
Harvey on maple is 5 star !! Everyone there From the front desk to my service rep (Tony ) to the one’s that repaired my truck . I highly recommend Harvey’s . Thanks to everyone !!!
Love Harvey’s! Jordan was very helpful through the entire process. It was quick easy and the body work was immaculate.
Great honest, timely and accurate service
These guys left my car looking better than new! I honestly only hoped for the damages on the door to be repaired, but they also took the time to clean my car inside and out. I know I left it a mess, so I appreciate the extra steps they took to make it look better! It’s great that they have warranty on the repairs,…
Would highly recommend Harvey’s. Competitive estimates and timely service. Tony was awesome!
We had a great experience at Harvey's Collision Center. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and they worked with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. The work looks great, thanks!
I wish the this survey had 6789 or 10 because these guys absolutely killed it. I give them a 10 out of 10 because five stars just seems too low. My situation was my son scratched up the door of his immaculately kept 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD pro. From looking online for reviews, I found Harveys and went there because…
10/10 experience with the staff (Tony & The Receptionist) at Harvey’s. My Mercedes looks like new and it only took 3.5 days to repair. Majority of the great reviews are accurate. I got a couple of quotes and can confirm that pricing at Harvey’s was extremely fair as well! I would definitely recommend them!
Tim was assigned to my case, he was friendly and professional. They got the work done fast and communicated throughout the whole process. Would use them again!
Tim went above and beyond to fix my car! I hope I don’t have any more car issues, but if I do I’m going straight to Tim at Harvey’s.
I had a small fender bender and Harvey’s was suggested by a friend. From beginning to end, Harvey’s lived up to what I was told. Friendly service from garage to reception. They finished the job a day earlier than expected. Finished product looks great and couldn’t be happier.
Both the people and the service are outstanding. The process took longer than I expected, but Tim was great about keeping me informed. I would absolutely recommend Harvey’s without hesitation.
Harvey’s Collision Center did a superb job on my repairing my vehicle! They had wonderful service and the center was neat and tidy. Highly recommend this company!
Great service
I brought my Lexus to Harvey’s (Maple location) for a bumper repair. When I got the car back, the paint was not blended on the left fender and the repair wasn’t molded correctly. There was also visible debris in the paint. Staff acknowledged it should have been caught, and I offered to pay for a new fender if…
Please stay away from this Bodyshop. They did such a horrible and poor job with my car that I had to return my car to them a total of 3 times and they kept my car an extra 3 weeks after "fixin" my car and my car was never properly fixed. They do not have the knowledge when it comes to working on new cars. I have a…
This is the second time I choose Harvey’s collision centers unfortunately I was in another accident and Harvey’s took care of me the first time so I trusted them enough and brought my vehicle in a second time with them. They worked well with my insurance and with the adjuster and with the rental company and…
I selected this shop to repair mu Buick Enclave and they did an amazing job. I can't even tell there was ever anything wrong. The staff was polite and courteous. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I would recommend them if you ever need repairs.

★★★★★ Outstanding Service Yet Again – Harvey's Never Disappoints! I’ve been a loyal customer of Harvey's Auto Body Shop on Maple Avenue in Dallas for years now, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time. Most recently, I brought in my 2018 BMW M5 after some unfortunate front-end damage, and once…
Small body working with painting
Tony was absolutely helpful, very professional, understanding, clear communication and compassionate towards my needs. I give Tony 5 Stars!!
Harvey’s just replaced the driver side door on my 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Looks as good as new! Very friendly and helpful people working at Harvey’s. Hopefully I don’t need to return in future but I would definitely use their services again.
My repair costs were very reasonable, especially since it was off insurance, and finished on time before I needed the car for a trip.
Had a great experience. Tony was my contact and he made sure he kept me informed and arranged for my car to be delivered. Excellent service!
Needed some body repair done to my car due to an accident. Staff were extremely accommodating and beyond kind in helping me with whatever I needed. Was able to work with my insurance no problem. Highly recommend this shop for any repairs you need!
Great experience everytime. Have used them multiple times. They are very professional and good on their word. Had me in and out in a week with a perfect job. I would easily return with no hesitation.
My first time to use them….great experience. Friendly staff…Jordan was great to deal with
Great customer service. Excellent job done on my Porsche taycan.
I dropped off my car on a Wednesday and was immediately greeted by the advisor Rob and he went out and looked over the vehicle and talked about what the plan was. They actually started on the vehicle while I waited on the rental company to come pick me up. They kept me updated the entire time and there was a website…
Very professional
All of the repair areas on my car were addressed, properly. The price was also fair and reasonable. Front desk managers were happy, thankful and positive/humorous.
Tim and the staff were super friendly and made my experience seamless and easy. Tim even delivered my vehicle to my job when work was completed. The body shop did a great job on a deep door ding I got. The paint job looks great and they even cleaned my car and it smells really nice. Highly recommend Dallas!
My car looks new after it was hit in a parking lot while I was in a nearby office.
Perfect Paint Match, delivered as scheduled, would recommend.
I had a great experience getting an insurance claim serviced through Harvey's. The staff were all very pleasant and I was kept well informed, especially with regards to the timeline. The repair looks great and they provided a detailed summary of the work done along with their lifetime warranty.
This is my second time around using Harvey’s. Definitely a lot of places I could choose but the level of service I received last time made making the choice to return a no-brainer! Trustworthy, competent, and stellar customer service will make me a Harvey’s customer for life!!
If I ever need body work done this is definitely the place to go. I spoke to Matt and he was very helpful and professional and immediately took care of my needs. He told me upfront what was going to be done and how much it would cost and they DELIVERED!!! Absolutely an amazing job!
Had bumper damage from accident. They did a great job getting my insurance company to pay for the repairs needed. The new bumper and paint looks great.was fast and easy. 1 week turn around, not bad. All good!!
They were very good about communicating, and the work that was done was very impressive
Top tier service from start to end. I am sorry I had not known Harvey's sooner for car repairs.
I worked directly with Julie throughout my entire process at Harvey’s and it was nothing but SEAMLESS. Constant follow up, updates, she was amazing. Highly recommend for any collision work needed.
Fast and fair repair. Excellent communication. Glad they are expanding into new locations!
Great customer service.
This was my third time using Harvey’s P&B and continue to be pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. They worked well with my stubborn insurance carrier. Thanks to Julie, she is the best.
Every part of the process was seamless; Julie kept me in the loop and I am very happy with the work performed.
Jordan helped me get my Lexus hood repaired in under a week after something hit me on the tollway. The Lexus dealership told me I needed a new hood that was going to be about $8000. Harvey’s fixed the dent and chip for much less. They did a great job. Thanks guys
Amazing place! I have taken my car twice and they always do an amazing job! Super trustworthy employees!
Always a wonderful experience! Chris made it easy and my looks wonderful! Thank you!
My first time using their services was about 5 years ago. I neded them again this past week and their great customer service and excellent work has not changed. Thank you!
Had a very small job for them to paint a side view mirror cap. It was on time and of high-quality. Communication could have been slightly better but not a biggie. I’m Happy they even accepted the job.
Julie provided consistent weekly updates SO valuable (& rare now a days).
Top notch body work and customer service. If you want the job done right, I highly recommend Harvey’s collision center! I’m not one to leave reviews unless the service is excellent. As a Dallas resident, this will be my go to body shop moving forward. A+ experience
Julie was a pleasure to work with. Kept me in the loop throughout whole process and they did an incredible job!
Attention to detail was lacking. Angles in the repaired body panel did not match adjacent angles. Mediocre work.
Great experience getting repairs here. Above and beyond customer care and communication, especially by Julie! I hope to not need repairs again soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be returning.
This shop is incredible. I drive a Tesla and I went to one of their certified dealers for a bumper scratch/dent. The certified dealer quoted me nearly $7,000! These guys got me in quick, charged not even 1/4 of that and made the bumper look good as new. Very friendly team, incredible customer service. You can tell…
This is my 2nd time to use Harvey's. They did a fantastic job painting my GMC Yukon. Looks amazing. Julie Blocker was awesome to work with. She got my truck turned around on time (early) and my final bill was actually less than the estimate! Who does that? Apparently, Harvey's does! Great company to work with.
Don’t take your car where ever your insurance recommends, take it here, you’ll be so happy you did! Julie was my repair specialist, cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and went above and beyond to help with my questions about rental and claim. This place does not…
Julie is the absolute best. She took care of all of my needs and questions. Always responded immediately. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a body shop. And I’ve been to lots!! Thank you!!!
Excellent service
Very professional, did a great job on my car. I highly recommend it.
Julie was awesome!
I had such an amazing experience with Harvey's! The insurance company was being super difficult (progressive) and delaying the repairs. Daniel and the team at Harvey's stayed on top of them and made it so smooth for me! I didn't have to get involved at all. Plus they washed and cleaned my car at the end. She was to…
Dan and everyone at Harvey's took such great care of my car. I was anticipating having my rental for well over a month or 2 but they provided such great care and service and got me back in my car in 2 weeks. Not only that, but when I got in my car it was cleaner, more detailed (wiped down seats, dash, console etc.),…
Julie went above and beyond. The shop did a great job in a very quick manner.
Julie was of amazing help! Very accommodating and helpful. Amazing communication! My car looks amazing, the repair was quick and amazing. Fair price as well!
Julie was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and in a timely manner. My car looks great. Overall 5 stars!
Harvey’s paint and body is the best! Knowledgeable front office and great “shop” personnel. Timely work, Great results, and overall VALUE!
I cannot recommend Harvey's enough! I got rear ended and had to get repairs on my bumper and back panel. Julie was the one that I worked with and let me tell you... she is just AMAZING. Professional, friendly, informative, communicative... everything I needed to make me feel at ease! My new car was in the shop for a…
HIghly recommend. Friendly and fair service. Excellent detailed work. I always go to Harvey's for any body work. Thank you Julie!
I needed paint and body work due to a recent car accident. They came highly recommended by a Range Rover Repair shop. I was kept informed daily on their progress and Arylie was wonderful . Worked with the insurance company and everything was very smooth
We had a fantastic experience at Harvey’s. Julie was efficient, extremely helpful and kept us posted from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone
really nice people, kept me informed which made the process very easy
Amazing service, good communication, and friendly people.
July was everything, she provided so much clarity on the process, and updated me every step of the way. Definitely a asset to the company. Even Sonya was helpful. The guys do their work and do it well. I was quite nervous with my car being here as i thought it would take forever seeing how they stay busy but it only took 3weeks. Awesome team
I recently had the need to utilize the services at Harvey's Paint and Body, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I had the opportunity to work closely with Julie…
Thank you, Harvey and your staff so much for all the work you did all the patients you had for me and I really appreciate you guys. I hope you all the best in all your endeavors. Thank you so much again.
Amazingly professional and fought the insurance company to get my car fixed the right way and professionally! My car cam back perfect! Better than it was before the wreck.
Perfect repair job!
Great customer service Julie she was straight forward and was able to answer each every question I had. Overall, repair time did take a while due to parts being in back order, but once the parts were in the repair was quick.
My friend recommended this place after my car got rear ended and DAMN. I wish Harvey’s fixed more than just auto probs. I have a whole list of life and house probs that need fixing and I only trust Harvey’s to do it. Such a wonderful experience, so easy, and they gave my car back DETAILED clean. It felt cleaner than…
Great customer service - great job repairing a damaged door. Took less than a week to turnaround when other places were quoting a month. Huge fan of this great family business

Incredible! My truck looks brand new! Thank you for your work!
They did a great job fixing my car, would use again.
Great customer service and they do great work in a timely manner
Very friendly people, get a life time warranty; I would definitely recommend going.
Harvey’s did such a phenomenal job! They helped walk me through the repairs and were straight forward and handled everything with insurance. Once I dropped my vehicle off with them everything else was taken care of. 100% recommend and a wonderful experience, especially considering how difficult vehicle repairs can be
Great experience with Harvey’s Paint and Body! Definitely recommend for collision repairs. They are a little higher priced than most body shops but the service was great and my car had a ton of repairs done and it came out looking brand new. Daniel shoemaker was great to work with from the initial estimate to picking up the car when it was completed.
I used Harvey's on Maple ave location to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed on the rear passenger side above the wheel on the body but got so much more than that. Daniel Shoemaker took great care of me by walking me through the steps to get this process completed and start to finish was the time frame he quoted me.…
Can't thank these guys enough, in particular Adolfo! He kept me updated on the work being performed every step of the way. You cannot go wrong with choosing this shop, the turnaround time was quick but most importantly efficient! Thank you guys! Update - I've had my second car worked on by these guys, still the same service and quality, thank you!!
Adolfo went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle. This is one of the most professional repair shops I have ever worked with. My truck repairs looked factory and flawless. Adolfo even helped with making my rental process smooth and effortless. He was very transparent and informed me that…
Great experience for an unfortunate mishap to begin with. Hit and run on my parked car, insurance partnered with Harvey’s paint and body. After reading other good reviews I decided to give them a shot at the repair. Daniel was friendly and communicated awesome during the entire process. They also partner with…
Great communication and overall Satisfied with my ending results. Would recommend you guys in a heart beat!
Adolfo did a great job with my vehicle. They were very detailed and kept me informed throughout the process
Drop my truck off at Harvey’s Paint Body. There was higher mileage on my truck, than when I brought it into the shop. I was told all work is done at the shop. And it never leaves the premises. Now I has a broken rear differential, someone pried off my locking gas cap, for no reason. There was no work that was…
My car looks better than it has in years! These people were amazing. Long story short, I destroyed my front bumper and insurance wasn’t covering it. They did their best to work with me and got it down to a reasonable price while not sacrificing quality. They replace the bumper fully as they said they would.…
Service was outstanding from the estimate...then communication from there was frequent and clear! The job was done beautifully and delivered ahead of my expectations. I will certainly come back and refer friends and colleagues. Thanks for a great job!
The staff was excellent. We are elderly and they were kind. Gave me a ride home. Big hug to this wonderful company.
Recently used Harvey's for a door scratch and dent repair. We have used Hance Paint and Body in the past but decided to get a bid and turnaround time. Worked with Adolfo and they were fairly priced and did exactly what they promised. Pushed to get to back to me and stayed late so I could pick it up based on my…
My vehicle was at Harvey's for two weeks following an accident and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Daniel kept me well informed throughout the entire process and my vehicle was returned to me clean and without any issues. Thanks so much!
I cannot speak highly enough of this body shop. Specifically, Julie - she helped me throughout the whole process and was knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. The repair job looks great too. There was a minor fix they needed to add when I picked it up, but offered to pick up my car for me due to the…
They did a fantastic job painting my truck and looks like brand new!
I've had to use Harveys a couple times. Both times went smoothly. Most recently they did a great job on a Jaguar. The staff is friendly and communicates well. I'de recommend them to anyone.
Great service, very communicative and helpful! I will definitely use them again.
Harvey’s was the shop I chose after some jerk hit my car and took off. My almost new car was left looking like it couldn’t be saved but Harvey’s not only managed to save my baby but also did it in such a timely manner and the people who work there are so nice and were patient with me in answering all my questions…
Very friendly and great work. Very good communication about the status of the repairs. They charge a 4% fee for using a credit card. Something to keep in mind.
I had an amazing experience at Harvey's! The did a wonderful job fixing my car AND they kept me informed every step of the way! I was extremely impressed. I've used other paint and body shops but never had such a positive experience. You will not go wrong using Harvey's!
Harvey’s did a great job fixing my dented fender. Super fast turnaround - I was only without the car for one day.
It was such a great experience. 10/10 recommend
Outstanding — Julie Blocker. Was my service advisor. She gave me accurate estimate and kept me advised as the company progressed with repairs. Not many businesses do that anymore. Plus a lifetime warranty. - William Sweetser.
This place is fantastic. The customer service and communication was first rate, and their work was top notch. I almost wanna go and crash my car just so I can go back (almost).
Harvey’s Paint and Body is the only body shop I use in Dallas. They provide exceptional service and do extremely high quality work. My point of contact, Julie, is amazing to work with and kept me informed with constant updates throughout the entire process of fixing my car. I cannot recommend Harvey’s enough! Ask for Julie!
Adolfo was my contact at the shop. More than expected was repaired. Adolfo and the office had to contact a specially located car rental. Drop off and pickup was made seamless. Car detailing made the car completely refreshed
Great customer service experience and communication!!
I came across Harvey’s Paint & Body randomly after I had a small little accident. And after reading their reviews I was sure I wanted to bring my car here. From the front desk to the actual technicians everyone I encountered was pleasant. They kept me informed every day while my car was in the shop and were quick to…
Did really good repair and service was outstanding.
Took my car in for a door ding repair and the team there was so helpful and quick to get everything fixed for me! Would definitely reccomend to others! Great communication and the door looks like new.
We were very pleased with everyone and with the whole process at Harvey’s. They were all very professional, explained the process, completed the work ahead of schedule and it looks fantastic! Adolfo really took extra time to go over everything with me before the job and after it was completed. I will use them again…
Harvey's Paint & Body is an amazing shop. The only thing better than their customer service is the quality of their work. I cannot say enough positive things about their incredible team, especially Ubaldo. Ubaldo went above and beyond to handle my repair quickly and efficiently. I dropped my car off for an…
Everyone was courteous and professional. Consistent pro-active communication regarding the progress on my car repair was impressive.
Julie was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and made sure to keep me updated daily throughout my process. I’ve use Harvey’s 2…
Amazing!!! I do recommend people bringing their cars here for full damages repair. Will come here for any damages for my car:)
Adolfo, Daniel, and Ruben are all very nice and I would 1000% (!!) recommend Harvey's if you have a newer car (e.g. one manufactured within the last 10 years). I can tell these guys all do amazing work. They fix a lot of luxury and standard cars and do an excellent job. However, if you have an older vehicle (e.g.…
Harvey's Paint and Body did a fantastic job on my car after someone else backed into me. The work is flawless and they offer a lifetime warranty. I was really pleased with my experience and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely go back!
BEST PLACE EVER!! I seriously cannot stress how awesome this paint and body shop is. They always answer phone calls and have the friendliest employees. They even gifted me a YETI cup dipped in the same color paint as my car as a "thank you" gift! They also washed my car for me before I picked it up. If you ever…
I am not from around Dallas, so I asked a few friends from the area for a good body shop after my car got dinged up—they recommend Harvey’s and another place. I chose Harvey’s, scheduled a same day appointment, and met with Daniel in the front office. He took great care and they had my car looking brand new within a…
Outstanding family owned body shop. I brought my daughter’s Audi Q5 for repairs and I was very impressed with the quality of the service and how well organized and clean the shop was. The team working in this shop is first class. Daniel who received the car and organized the repairs was very ethical, very clear…
Harvey’s kept me updated from the breakdown of my vehicle to completion of repairing my vehicle. I love the fact of receiving my vehicle back in a timely manner. Extra kiddos for great paint and body work!! I would definitely recommend Harvey’s Paint and body, as they demonstrate Excellence in the Repair Department!

Harvey’s helped me turn a horrible experience into an positive one. My car was stolen but eventually found by police completely trashed, with interior and exterior damage. Ruben was so helpful, thorough, communicative and efficient in helping get the necessary repairs made. He gave frequent updates on the status of the repairs & truly went above & beyond.
Work was completed quickly and had me back up and running in little to no time at all. Friendly staff and customer service!
Harvey’s went above and beyond in every way! Highly recommend!
Great work and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
My car looks wonderful inside & out! I will never use another body shop. The service as well as customer service was great!
Adolfo was so wonderful to work with. We have had 2 cars that needed body work. Adolfo and the team a Harvey’s are the best. My husband said best body shop he’s ever had to work with. They communicated with every step of the way and worked with the insurance company. Can’t say enough about our experience.
Great service and experience. Glad I found this shop . Would recommend to anyone new to Dallas needing repairs. Kyrie attention to detail& knowledge is spectacular. She made the process very easy!
I had to fix paint on the hood of my Audi S5. I was worried about color match and that it won’t look good. Not the case! They matched the color 1:1, you won’t ever tell that the hood was ever touched from its original new car look. Very professional work, completed in 4 days
Was recommended by a local dealer whom I've never done business with but are within the same industry, so I took their advice. Was assigned to Adolfo. Immediately after meeting him he proved to know his stuff! Told me exactly what to expect, especially from the hard-nosed insurance company. Afterr the job was done…
Harvey’s did a great job on my Cadillac! Thank you!!!
Harvey’s did a great job with my repairs. They were extremely professional and on time.
Amazing service - would highly recommend - Kyrie is the best - 12/10.
Helpful, professional, and SO nice! Everyone on the team at Harvey’s made the whole process so much easier for me.
Harvey’s was super easy to work with, prompt with their communications, and made my vehicle look brand new. Thanks Gena!
Great service and quality. No “surprises” with the body work that added a lot to the estimate. Adolfo was great to work with.
I have used Harvey’s three times in the last 2 years. They are the most friendly family run collision shop in Texas. I have priced compared them with others and they are always the best price. They even offered to come pick me up when my car was ready. When your insurance company recommends a shop in Dallas you…
While I wasn’t pleased that I dropped my car off on the 29th and picked it up today, that’s not the shops fault. They were honest and upfront from day 1 on turnaround time and kept in constant touch via text throughout the process. They were all professional and courteous, the entire staff was a pleasure to work…
Harvey's is extremely good at what they do. They repaired a large paint/metal scratch on our BMW M4 (pearl blue paint) and the repair is absolutely flawless. Paint blended so perfectly that I cannot tell there was ever a massive 3'x3' scratch/dent from a wall. Cleaned and detailed the car afterwards for us. They've…
I discovered Harvey's a few years ago. My experience is always personalized and top professionalism. They are very organized and knowledgeable. My car looks really great every time. I would recommend them for all your collision needs. Give em a call. You won't be disappointed.
I'm extremely happy with my experience. They repair my rear quarter panel. Gena was amazing and walked me through the entire process with ease. Be sure to ask for Gena and you won't regret it. Amazing team across the board!
Workmanship looks like new. Adolpho was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He listened to my inputs and explained what the repair would entail and went through the estimate in detail with me. They worked with me to accomplish the repairs within the time frame I was out of town. I was referred to Harvey’s…
Staff was great and answered the phones every time. They also provided text updates every couple days. They worked with insurance company and my car looks great...
Unfortunately had an insurance claim after someone took a knife up both sides of my truck. Just got the truck back today and it looks better than it did the day I bought it. Harvey’s was pretty fast and they did a good job of keeping me informed along the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone
Exceeded my expectations! Thank you for such prompt, great, and professional service.
My van was stolen and quite destroyed. The crew at Harvey’s took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Adolfo, kept me informed and at ease through the process. Every expectation was exceeded.
Fantastic work and customer service. Very professional, sent periodic updates on status of repair, worked directly with insurance from the start, washed and detailed vehicle when finished…all around great experience. I will be a repeat customer.
Harvey’s is exceptional. Their customer service is above and beyond, Adolfo did such an amazing job keeping me updated and I truly feel like they treat you like family. My car was returned in perfect condition, I highly recommend Harvey’s!
Nice people, nice service
I’ve used Harvey’s several times now and have never been disappointed with their work, timeliness, or professionalism. I’ve never thought it was hard to provide good customer service because it’s built on just a few things: understanding your customer and their problem, communication, honesty, and being able to…
As a newbie to Dallas I rely heavily on Google ratings to decide where I do business. Gena was a great facilitator of the repairs throughout the process from drop off to pick up and kept me informed the entire way. The shop was clean and crisp. They handled my supplements with the insurance company with ease and…
Exceptional attention to detail & superior customer service sets Harvey's above all others. Adolfo is our rep for the latest of three jobs, but you can deal with confidence with any Harvey's rep. Get it done here, go home happy.
Highly recommend these guys. Straightforward booking process, I needed to have some decals/advertising lettering removed from my new car and decided, given the amazing reviews, to bring my car here at the risk of me trying to remove said lettering and scrape my paint! Front desk was very welcome and Gina helped out…
Excellent customer service!!
The service was great, they were very helpful and my car turned out looking better than ever. Definitely recommend this shop.
Gena Newman and the Harvey team did a great job fixing my truck. The customer service is amazing !! Would recommend over and over again.
Adolfo went above and beyond to make sure my truck was repaired the right way. I would recommend this place for your collision repairs
Everyone at Harvey's was great. They worked hard to fix my old car to look great, and even went out of the way to find used parts to keep the price down when I mentioned it was an older car for our teenager. The work looks great, the prices were fair. I hope I never have another car accident, but I will for sure go back to Harvey's if I do.
Quality work, stellar service - highly recommend!
Professional and skillful from beginning to end. Quality work, kept me informed, pleasant. I have no reason to go anywhere else and highly recommend them.
Harvey's Paint & Body did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I cannot stress enough how amazing my car turned out - doesn't even look like an accident ever happened and the rear of my car looks better than when I bought the car! My car was rear ended out of state, and after reading through multiple reviews, I…
The work was flawless, it was finished quickly, and the quote was the lowest I received!
I needed body work on both the front and rear. They were able to schedule me at my convenience and delivered when they promised. They also kept me informed almost daily. It ended up costing more than I expected or hoped because of hidden damage, but no one could ever question the quality of their work. My car looked…
Cody and his team and Harvey's Paint and Body went above and beyond. We had a very rare issue with our Porsche 911 and Harvey's Paint and Body were spectacular to work with throughout the process. Cody was in contact with me basically everyday until the car was done. My wife picked it up and said it looked better…
I highly recommend Harvey’s Paint and Body. Harvey’s did a spectacular job with my vehicle from start to finish. They were very professional in every step of the process and provided a “white glove” service. All of their staff were friendly and are always ready to help, but Kyrie definitely hit it out of the park…
The team at Harvey’s were great. From the first time I called Kyrie until I picked up my truck they impressed me with their operation. They were cheaper, faster and more honest than any other body shop I talked with. Plus they even vacuumed the INSIDE of my truck. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done in DFW
Very clean and organized shop car was repaired beautifully
They were extremely communicative and timely. Super friendly!!! Highly recommend!
Fast and dependable service.
Quick and easy 👍
The car looks like new! They were on time and very courteous. The price was a lot lower than I expected.
I have never been so impressed and happy with an auto shop before! My experience here was exceptional and I would highly recommend them. Kyrie went above and beyond and helped me manage a very stressful situation when my insurance company was being difficult. Once everything was approved by the insurance company,…
Excellent work timely completed!!
I had a great experience speaking with Kyrie and getting my car repainted. Highly recommend!
Harvey’s Paint and Body corrected the paint and repaired the front fender of my 2012 Mercedes that a previous shop I used ruined. Their attention to detail, high quality of work and the level of professionalism I experienced was above average. Great Place to do business. Thanks Guys!
Flawless experience. Went in with a bashed in back bumper on my VW Golf. They replaced it & completed all work within a handful of business days, it looks great, & they were communicative, friendly, & professional throughout.
Harvey’s is so good!! They texted me and updated me every step of the way. They took care of contacting the other driver’s insurance and made my post-wreck experience effortless. They wash and clean the inside of your car before you get it back, which is very nice.
6/14/2021 They did it again.. Huge thank you to the team at Harvey’s Paint & Body for taking care of my vehicle again. This was my second time to use them for work on my vehicle. Rear bumper looks brand new after their paint job and they took the time to give it a wash. Exceptional customer service and care for my vehicle.
They were very helpful and reasonably priced. Would come back for my next repair.
Great service and timely!!
Matt and his team were great, they are very professional and provided me with an update every step of the way. The work was done quickly and my car looks good as new. Amazing service all around, I highly recommend Harveys.
All of the staff was very nice and did a amazing job fixing my car. Matt communicated and gave me updates while my car was in the shop and everything was done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend to anyone!
Highly recommend Harvey's! They did a fantastic job on our Charger. The work was absolutely flawless and the service was fantastic. Great price too. Very happy with the outcome, I'll never go anywhere else.
I used Harvey’s to fix my messed up bumper and they did amazing! They worked flawlessly with Geico to get it done. Fair price, beautiful work. They even cleaned my whole car including the inside and dashboard!
I choose Harvey’s Paint & Body based on all the reviews I read and they did not disappoint!! Exceed my expectations on all fronts - professional, courteous, competitively priced, great quality and care of work. Matt did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. Never write reviews but the service warrants it.
While trip to a body shop is never a “fun” event Harvey’s will take care of you especially when dealing with the incompetent “other guy’s” insurance. Kyrie did an awesome job of keeping me well informed with updates several times a week. They even pulled my soft top inside with the inclement weather forecasts.…
Harvey’s had my car looking brand new after an accident. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Kyrie specifically kept me up to date with almost daily updates on timeframes and what was being done. They quoted me 8 days and that’s exactly when I got the car back, they even fixed up some of the paint issues I had! Great service all around
Best customer service and quality work. Work was completed before expected. Honest, reliable and excellent paint and body shop. Highly recommended.
Very buttoned up and professional body shop. The estimate process was thorough and timely. The shop gave me regular updates on the repair process and they actually completed the work one day ahead of schedule. The finished product was beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend Harvey’s !
This was my first repair/maintenance experience in Dallas and I would use Harvey’s everytime if needed again in the future. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel taken care of. Matt’s customer service was fantastic as he updated me continuously on the status of my car, and made sure the process with…
Harvey’s was excellent in getting my vehicle repaired and took over the insurance company part as well. All I had to do was file the claim and drop off the car. I was blown away by excellent customer service by the entire staff, but specifically Kyrie. I hands down recommend Harvey’s to anyone in north Texas looking for auto body repair.
Harvey's Paint & Body gave me the best customer experience I've ever had with a body shop. The staff was attentive, transparent and so helpful. They truly made the process incredibly easy. A special THANK YOU to Matt and Jeremy for your excellent work. I will be recommending this shop to friends and colleagues.
I recently had been rear ended on the freeway, when I came to Harvey’s they were immediately very helpful in taking a look at my car right away and getting me a fair quote as fast as possible. I reached out to my insurance the same day and my car was in their shop by Monday and out by Friday afternoon. The service…
Best of the best!!! I wish I had known about them sooner, but I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. They are extremely helpful and accommodating, and they do great work!
Matt at Harvey’s did a great job keeping me posted and had my car done in a day! Excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be back next time I need their help!
I scratched my new Jaguar and called Harvey's to consult with them about my options. They kindly welcomed me and offered to buff it out as a courtesy. Cody & the men in his shop got it out in a few minutes. I highly recommend their service.
Great easy experience replacing my bumper here! Matt kept me updated the entire time and was very patient and responsive to questions. Never did I feel any pressure to upgrade or pay for extra services/parts which is important to me. This is a transparent and honest business, will recommend anyone to Harvey’s for their fast and high quality work!
I took my Honda Civic in for some paint and body work. Jeremy, the owner was very professional throughout the whole process, and the finished product was above expectation. My car looks good as new! I am very happy with the service provided, and would recommend!
Excellent service, lightening fast, would definitely recommend!!
Great experience! This is my to-go body shop in Dallas. Cody provided great communication throughout the repair process and even patched up some chipped paint I had in the front.
Harvey’s did an amazing job! Repainted the rear hatch of the SUV, removed a deep dent, looks factory. Perfect place to take your wife’s car after you damage it and need to make amends 😁
I have never left a review anywhere before but I am so happy with my experience at Harvey’s that I knew I had to! Jeremy was amazing to me. He was so kind, honest, and upfront and I appreciated all the help and advice he gave me. The repair only take about 36 hours and was very fairly priced. The shop closes at 5…
Harvey’s was great!! Fast and quality service. Easy to work with and I would highly recommend them for any body and paint repairs. Kyrie was especially helpful with the estimate and coordination of getting my car in quickly and repaired fast.
Matt was available and attentive from the beginning and throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about the service and the quality of their work. My car looked like new.
My car was damaged in back by crash. I brought it to Harvey. After I have taken it out, it is not obvious at all anything has ever happened.
Highly recommend this shop! Great communication and customer service. Cody kept me in the loop during the whole process and I even got my car back sooner than anticipated.
Nice job, and excellent service.
I worked with Kyrie from Harvey’s Paint & Body! I cannot sing her praises loud enough! She was so kind and would text me updates through the whole process! Insurance is a pain to work with, but she talked with them and fought for repairs on my behalf! As soon as insurance was approved, they knocked out the repairs…
I'd heard good things about Harvey's. Read good reviews. Took a chance and drove my '18 Chevy Tahoe 45 miles to Dallas. I was NOT disappointed. They kept me informed throughout the process with calls and progress pics. They went above and beyond. When I dropped it off and picked it up, as busy as they were, I felt…
My car was hit on New Year’s Eve with pretty significant damage to the front drivers side door. Matt was quick to help me and was incredibly thorough and informative in the process. The repair took very little time at all and I can honestly say this is the best body work I’ve ever seen on a vehicle. I’m so happy I…
My front end was damaged and headlight smashed by road debris. I heard Harvey’s Paint & Body did good work so I gave them a call. I appreciated that Cody stayed late on a Saturday to get a quote for me. Matt did a great job keeping me updated through the process and being proactive in explaining the cause of any…
I could not recommend this higher!!! I went in to get a new door and fender on my car after an accident (driver hit my cracked open door and compacted it with the fender, door wouldn’t close — insurance not covering). I got a silver door and fender from a salvage yard (my car is gold). They stayed open 30 minutes…
I had a great first experience with Harvey's. I was a little nervous, as I had never used them before, but they were recommended by a family member. The ease and friendliness of the experience convinced me of the value. They are not pushy and will do what they can to ensure your car is fixed for a fair price. I…
Overall a great experience! Matt communicated almost daily with me about my vehicle’s repairs, which was much appreciated.
I loved it. Amazing customer service and work. Matt kept me in the loop the entire way!
They took great care of me repairing damage caused by a hit and run. Worked directly with the insurance company and performed great work. Made sure to keep in touch throughout the process, so I was updated and informed.
Amazing service all around! Kyrie was so nice and helpful along with Jeremy. I’d recommend anyone in the Dallas area to go to Harvey’s the next time they need car maintenance.
Kyrie Cunningham was great to work with. I just bought a brandnew truck that was scraped after a week. She buffed out what she could at no cost and advised me to hold off on repainting until it became more noticeable. Sincerely appreciate the honest and straight forward customer service - I definitely will be back in the future.
We have been using Harvey's for all our bodyshop work. They are very professional, have the car ready on time .. try to work with our timing also accommodate our pricing when needed. Would recommend them to everyone.
Exceptional service, made sure everything was done right and kept me informed the entire time they were fixing my car. Would definitely recommend.
Kyrie was excellent - she made the whole process easy from start to finish. I sought out Harvey’s because of the reviews on Google and Yelp and I was not disappointed. A rock hit my car, dented my door and took the paint off. Kyrie was responsive on Yelp and in person she quickly checked out my car and worked up a…
Fabulous!!! Professional, timely, awesome work. Very communicative. I got some body work completed after a hit and run. Literally can’t thing of anything they could improve on. Will most definitely be back in the future.
Excellent service! Best in town.
I have had the pleasure of depending on Harvey’s for doing body and paint work on three different vehicles. In each case, everyone there was friendly and helpful. The estimates I received were well explained, fair and competitive. Work was completed as promised on all three vehicles and the results were all…
Very professional, friendly, helpful and high quality work.
This place is awesome! I needed a lot done and they did it and very quickly. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and dealt with insurance so I didn't have to worry about anything. It was such a great experience. Could not have been better!
