Shawn promptly responded to my question about whether the insulation in my home was asbestos-containing or not even while he was out of town, even taking a look at pictures to confirm it was not. I will rely on him again if need be.

I retained Shawn Hathaway to inspect my daughter's Lakewood home due to an odor of mildew that was noticed during the summer months. As she was not experiencing any health concerns, he did not recommend testing for mold. He checked the crawl space and basement. He pointed out a couple areas in her unfinished basement where he detected some minor mold. He suggested removing those areas, placing vis queen on the floor of the crawl space, getting a dehumidifier, and removing wood furniture and cardboard boxes from the basement. He offered to come back if the odor could not be resolved. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He offered us sound advise without suggesting any unnecessary or costly work. I highly recommend Hathaway Environmental LLC.

Spoke to someone and they said they could be out the following day to give us a quote. Sent them my information via text, no response, no phone call the following day even when checking in with them to confirm if they would still be available to come by. Same guy spoke to my husband via text and then ghosted us.
