Our service tech, Jonathan Bell, was very friendly and professional. He helped diagnose our pest concerns and put our mind at ease. Haven utilizes the safest treatments possible, which we appreciate. Scheduling as a new customer was easy. We were able to be serviced the next business day and they showed up during the agreed upon 2-hour window.
Haven has been wonderful to deal with. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely reaching out to them if you need their services.
We have been having an issue with rodents. Keiver identified and blocked all possible areas they could be entering plus set bait traps. Happy with his knowledge and patience to do the job right.
Keiver Torres with Haven Pest Control was awesome!! He was extremely thorough and patient. He completed rodent exclusion and pest control services today. He went over and beyond to clean out roof wind turbines and seal holes! We recently switched from Terminix to Haven and are so happy that we made the switch.
Needed some help asap, within 15 min of reaching out Haven was setting up a same day appointment. Jonathan came and was prompt, professional, and did exactly what he said he’d do. Very pleased we went with Haven - couldn’t recommend them more!
