The one thing I like about Haven is the tech contacts me when they are on the way. JD is very friendly, explained what he was gong to do and answered my questions. He treated the exterior for insects and did maintenance on my rodent bait stations. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.
JD was so knowledgeable on wasps, hornets, and mosqitos! I had quite a few questions and he had answers for all of them. Plus, his cheery disposition made it all feel like I was learning, rather than feeling dumb for not knowing the answer. LOVE Haven!!

JD came out and serviced our home for ants today. JD had great customer service and explained how he would be treating our home. He also incorporated my observations into the treatment process, based off what I've been seeing. Will have to wait and see how effective the treatment is, but customer service was top notch.
