Punctual. Respectful. Reliable. Friendly
JD from Haven Pest always does a wonderful and thorough job on my house. When I have had questions or bug concerns, he always has an answer and a fix.
Very courteous.
We have used Haven for years and are very happy with the service they provide. Luis was just here for our quarterly treatment and he was wonderful! Very thorough in his work and was very thoughtful in communicating via text when he was done so he wouldn't wake our sleeping baby by ringing the doorbell. Highly recommend
Jonathan and Eugene were very pleasant, courteous and professional. Arrived on time and were very informative.
We are so glad we switched to Haven for our Pest Control. Keiver spent a lot of time taking care of things our former (big and no longer local) company has ignored for a couple years. Not a single regret over switching! We were getting a rodent treatment at the same time and he helped with that as well.
So glad I switched to Haven! Cade was fantastic.

Cade is good communicator and very professional. He informed me of different aspects of pest / insect issues in Dallas and made appropriate recommendations. He didn't try to sell additional services and let me know a few things I could do to reduce exposure. He treated the house thoroughly inside and out. Very satisfied with his work.
