Fabulous. I was amazed at how good my carpets looked. I was worried I needed new carpet but no. He did my couch and it looked like new.

Paul arrived on time. He was courteous, and after examining each room, explained what would be done. Our carpet had a lot of food stains. Paul was able to remove them and make it look new again.

Today was the 2nd time I’ve used Hawkeye cleaning. Two years ago when we first moved into our new house and then today. Both times the quality of work, professionalism of staff, and courteous nature have been top notch. Highly recommend Hawkeye Carpet Cleaners and Paul, who cleaned our carpets both times.

I tried doing it myself with a rented machine and failed miserably. Our carpets look great! The work was done in the timeline they stated and the price for what we needed was reasonable. I should’ve taken before and after pics. There was a stain on the stairs from who knows what we spilled that is completely gone now.

Paul was communicative, on-time and professional. He worked quickly and the end result was exactly what I needed. Will definitely use Hawkeye again.
