Nick, just like the other two Hawkins employees we've had come to our house, was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, who went to great lengths to help us update our house to fix a current problem and prevent future ones! Nick was really awesome!
Martin came out for an ac check up. I've been having issues with my ac pan filling up. He diagnosed the issue and found a few other issues. He did a great job of cleaning out the drain and the condenser.

We bought a new HVAC unit in 2025 - $15,000. They have been out to service the unit 5 times since. 3 times this season with a $1500 upgrade a month ago. We are never prioritized in their call system. Ever. This is not acceptable and I hope those looking on line for a new unit go elsewhere.
