Great company! Knowledgeable techs, reasonable prices. They are always honest about what needs to be fixed right now, what will need to be fixed next visit and what they recommend to improve the systems performance.

I live in FL and my AC was intermittently shutting off. Needless to say, living in FL I personally cannot have my AC not working properly. So, I called Hawkins Service Co. Jordan is cordial, diligent, and NOT pushy! He was helpful in all matters of A/C maintenance, and provided options on how to handle the needs based on the age of my units. Jordan is an affable guy, and it's easy spending time in his company.
Transparency in discussing options. Built trust by answering all questions, including those about competing options. Obvious that install team takes pride in their work.

Billy is exceptional, patient, and educational. I have a Dakien I love it but I’ve come to notice that most companies in this area do not know how to work on these systems. I think we’ve found a new company to service our home.
Kyle is so knowledgeable about air conditioners. We were impressed with his work and explanations. He informed us what we will need to do in the future to keep our air conditioner running well.
I’m a little confused the first service I had the gentleman checked my air filters and this time they were not checked. Also, the thermostat was turned down to 66 and I Wasn’t aware that it wasn’t turned back up to 75. Otherwise, great service.
Installation went exactly as planned. Polite & courteous installers. This was my 3rd experience with Hawkins and all have been very satisfying. Highly recommended company.
Friendly, professional and fair price
We bought a new HVAC unit in 2025 - $15,000. They have been out to service the unit 5 times since. 3 times this season with a $1500 upgrade a month ago. We are never prioritized in their call system. Ever. This is not acceptable and I hope those looking on line for a new unit go elsewhere.
Blake was really great! Very informative and patient. Answered all of my questions. Very happy with the service.
Great job. Thanks you..

I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs from Hawkins. We pay Hawkins monthly for HVAC maintenance and service. When our 5-year-old AC had trouble starting, their technician recommended up to $2,604 in repairs, including a capacitor, contactor, $500 hard-start kit, six pounds…

Worst company I never used.... My wife called to have Hawkins come out and provide an assessment of our two HVAC systems. Another company had given us dire news and we were not buying it. We wanted more opinions. From the first contact, they baulked at coming to Punta Gorda to give us a free system evaluation, but…
