Very responsive. They came out on the weekend and fixed our system quickly.
Hawkins Service Co. came to my house and took their time to diagnose my A/C problem correctly. The replaced the defective part under warranty and made sure the system was working properly, explaining all the work that was done, including before and after photos. A very trustworthy company!

Jeremy was excellent and was able to stop the leaking. He was also very knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend him.
Jeremy was excellent! Was right on time, put on shoe covers, worked quietly while my son was napping, and was great with my dog. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs AC services.
Nick took care of everything with a positive, outgoing attitude.
Cannot go wrong with Hawkins!
Jesse was great, as usual. Service rep was very polite and helpful.
Jeremy in HVAC was so helpful in determining our issue, ordering parts and returning promptly to fix us all up! Thank you!

Hawkins Service is an excellent contractor. We purchased an installation from another company and only had nightmare service problems due to shoddy installation. Timely, polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, not pushy about trying to choose the priciest option
I’ve received great service from Hawkins AC. Professional and well-trained technicians. Eric did a great job on the service call this afternoon.
Hawkins always does good work. I've used them for gas lines, pool repair and AC work. This time it was an issue with my mini-split AC. Christopher showed up on time, resolved my issue quickly and it was a great experience. Thank you Christopher D. for your professionalism!
