Daniel Menhart did a great job. Went above and beyond. Amazing guy.
Daniel MENHART went on the roof to unclog the main drain clog. He was so nice and personable. My dog didn't even bark except when he came to the door and he's a huge barker. My dog loved him so I love him. My toilet and shower is aldraining and flushing fine. Thank you Daniel you are a great plumber and person.
Common sense and skill resolved my slow drain issue. $89 service charge is reasonable. However, attention to timed appointment needs improvement. The service is valuable. Would recommend.
It was service maintenance time for my AC. Kyler was a great AC technician!! He arrived within the service window I was given when I scheduled the appt. He called ahead of his arrival to say he was on his way. I appreciated his professionalism and he was polite, knowledgeable, and kind. He didn’t take long to…
Anthony was great! He explained everything in detail. We discussed the issues, he walked through what he wanted to check, showed us readings and explained expectations vs reality. He went over what repairs/maint was needed/suggested and we separated it out into sections so that we could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Anthony.
Daniel Menhart has to be one of the nicest and most considerate technicians I have worked with. We have used Hawkins for several projects over the last few years and I recommend them without hesitation for plumbing and electrical projects, due, in no small part, to the professionalism of their staff. Daniel was…
Daniel Menhart did an excellent job snaking out our shower drains. Fast service. Highly recommend!
Great job.
Thank you so much for taking care of my urgent water leak! They were able to send Shawn over the same day to assess the situation and determine we had a leaking pipe under the slab. They then scheduled Trey to come the next day and make the repair. Trey was excellent! He called the leak detection company to pinpoint…
I would absolutely recommend Hawkins Service Co.! What started as a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain turned into a much bigger project involving pipe replacement and epoxy lining. As the job progressed and more of the plumbing could be accessed, the scope changed day by day. It was a stressful situation that seemed…
Hawkins sent Brock out to fix a leak I had been dealing with for a couple of days. Extremely professional, quick and made sure the leak was completely taken care of.
Cameron was not able to fix the leak but he did slow it down until it can be fixed Monday. He offered some great advice also. Thank you. I called the office to get an appointment and Cameron came back Monday. He replaced the leaking pipe with rigid pressure pipe. He explained it all. Very personable young man.
Worker was very nice, polite and answered all my many questions. Very understanding in giving me an estimate.
We called Hawkins to repair a broken pipe and tub spout. Our service technician, Luke, called when he was on his way. He was very friendly, and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Hey gave us an estimate that we were happy with and was able to perform the work immediately. When he left we couldn't even…
The HSC team first cleared out the drain system and then proceeded to replace a large damaged section quickly and efficiently, once again proving themselves to be very qualified in their trade. We've used HSC for our pool heating and filtration system, as well as major electrical work in our new exterior home shop,…
