Nick, just like the other two Hawkins employees we've had come to our house, was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, who went to great lengths to help us update our house to fix a current problem and prevent future ones! Nick was really awesome!
Martin came out for an ac check up. I've been having issues with my ac pan filling up. He diagnosed the issue and found a few other issues. He did a great job of cleaning out the drain and the condenser.

We love Hawkins! . Tech Was fantastic! He was very professional and friendly throughout our AC inspection. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and his estimated time of arrival. PM for new AC system fast and efficient.
We had such a wonderful experience with Martin! He provided exceptional service and has such a warm, friendly personality that made having him in our home and absolute pleasure. We honestly wish we could’ve spent even more time with him. He was such a delight to have around. As members, we will absolutely continue…
Regretfully, I have to rescind my prior 5 star reviews about Hawkins. The hvac technicians that did such a great job for us have left the company. Additionally, in the last 2 years, their business practices have significantly changed to the detriment of the customer. The techs are incentivized to “upsell” at each…
Our household has been with Hawkins Service Company and under the Hawkins Service Protection Plan over the last 7 years and 3 homes. They have consistently provided top line service for my HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Pool services, as well as providing Subject Matter Expert Technicians that are extremely…
I should have read the one star reviews FIRST! I don’t even know where to start? We were literally dying in here, waiting for them to show up way past the time they said they would be here! I had to ask them where they were??? Unbelievable! We knew that our problem on our seven year-old AC unit was nothing major.…
Christopher D. was great. Very detailed and thorough, explained everything and resolved the issues.
Chandler was an excellent technician, he did a great job, knew what he was doing and did it in a timely manner. Was very pleasant. You have a great employee. Thank you 😇
We bought a new HVAC unit in 2025 - $15,000. They have been out to service the unit 5 times since. 3 times this season with a $1500 upgrade a month ago. We are never prioritized in their call system. Ever. This is not acceptable and I hope those looking on line for a new unit go elsewhere.
Anthony was ontime and quickly fixed our problem. He did an excellent job in communicating the problems he found and explaining what our next step to fix the AC. We like the quality of work and employees Hawkins Service continues to provide us.
They repaired my AC the same day and got it working again.
Sharrod was extremely professional & personable. He explained the reasons for my ac issues and installed a new capacitor as mine was faulty, despite having First Response here last week to replace the coil. I will not be using First Response again.
Had A/C system repaired by Sean. Excellent technician that corrected the coolant leaking issue with professionalism and expedience. He communicated with his supervisor at the office to ensure the repair was at no cost to the customer. Great job!
Astacio and colleague both Courteous and professional. On time, polite, and answered all my questions. Awesome job ❤️👏
Chandler was very thorough and helpful.
The technician was very friendly knowledgeable and explained everything about my system air conditioning system. The staff on the phone when I went to make the appointment was very friendly, helpful, and willing to take that extra step to make me happy I will continue using them.
They are always on time, respectful of me and my property, honest, and thorough. The yearly maintenance plan has been great. They have identified problem areas and/or noted that things are good. No pressure to have them fix or install anything on the spot. Giving me time to make an informed decision. We love…
On time, friendly, professional. Quinton took time to explain everything he did, as he did it. He also explained to pool caretaker, my wife, several shortcuts and settings to help with pool maintenance. We use Hawkins service contract for out home A/C (2 of them), our Pool maintenance, and A/C at our daughter's…
Called Hawkins at 10am and made an appt with a lady who sounded like scripted AI robot but was human. That was weird but got the appt made. Blake was my A/C tech. He was great. I already knew the problem was a clogged pump/pipe but wanted to know if it could be more. Blake did a full diagnostic check on the outside…
JW was very nice about his work and efficient. He presented his findings to me and we discussed them. Very courteous.
Anthony was prompt, professional and courteous. Great service and a quick repair. Thank you Anthony and Hawkins Services. Highly recommend
The technician did an excellent bi annual check of our AC system, checked everything, cleaned out the system, noted what minor and major problems, discussed it with us and made sure we understood everything. He also showed us photos of everything so we understood better of what problems there are. Highly recommend…
They are knowledgeable, diligent in their service. Offer their customers choices due to their personal situation. I recommend this company to anyone!
If I could give them more stars I would! I had another AC company quote me a much higher price insisting I could not fix my old unit. Hawkins AC fixed it in under 5 minutes! True story!
Late last Thursday night, July 23, 2026, the A/C system stopped cooling. The thermostat display noted the status as "Waiting". I checked the condition of the A/C drain line that runs from the Air Handler along the garage wall to an opening to the outside. Near the air handler there is a fitting to use to flush out…
Had a great experience with this company. One of my AC units failed and they came out within a couple of hours and addressed the issue in a very professional manner. Martin my technician was very thorough, professional and courteous. I’m very satisfied with my AC tune up on both my units. He educated me on things throughout his inspection process which I really liked.

The service was exceptional awesome job. Eric Was very professional and knowledgeable explained everything in detail and did things to my unit that I don’t think were ever done, I was skeptical of a contract that I have, but I was wrong and I think I will keep the service contract that have, but will request to…

your tech is very Omniscient and very good at his job. this is the kind of employe you need for your company.
Annual Plumbing inspection and performed additional work that was recommended. Troy was on time and explained the work he would be doing. He did a great job. Also appreciate excellent communication from office staff with regard to arrival times and any service updates. Highly recommend Hawkins Service Co.
On time, quick, and knowledgeable.
Hawkis service company, with contract, can try to charge for unnecessary work, pushing expensive repair and replacement. This company sends inexperienced workers.
Brian Baker did great! We forgot to add water to the pool and pump sucked in air. We added water and all was good. Brian stopped by to check in because at first I didn’t know what a sucking pump “wound-sound” was and called for support. Brian didn’t laugh at me for being a dumbass, so high marks for…
Scott was extremely helpful and courteous. He fixed a scheduling problem in two minutes. If he hadn't it probably would have been another month before service would have been done on my units. Since one of my condensor's is in the attic, he fixed a concern that another company had left unaware to me. Scoot also…
Extremely professional. Extremely knowledgeable. Zero pressure. He came in, did his assessment, and gave me plenty of options. Just based off that brief interaction I would recommend this company.
The work was done in a timely manner. Jake was professional, explained in detail what he was doing, and friendly. He was able to finish the task at hand. Thank you.
Jamil came to our home and thoroughly explained our options to either repair or replace our AC unit. He gave us three options for a complete replacement and was very professional and courteous. Natalie did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient and honest. She is a real asset for Hawkins.
Jeremy was prompt, professional, and very personable. Great tech working for a great company!
The just try to upsell you. I’ve had a plumber, HVAC tech, and now an electrician out and they all do the same thing.. they come out for something simple and then try and convince you that you need a brand new system for thousands of dollars. Electrician tried to charge $850 to install a 40 amp breaker and seemed…
Always great service and nice friendly service guys. Very polite and explained everything to you.
Jesse Pizzello was extremely professional and easy to talk to. He was on time and verythorough. Hawkins has a great asset in Jesse on their team. Thanks Jesse!
My service technician, Chad, went above and beyond what his job was. I had multiple Wasp nests that I could not take care of. Chad sprayed them and knocked them down for me. He also cleared them off of my walk way. He definitely went that extra mile to make sure no one was injured! Thank you very much Chad.
A+ Service. When we thought there was maybe an electrical issue in the attic and that the house was possibly in danger of burning down, Jaron showed up and saved the day. He went above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose an HVAC issue when he was really only here for an electrical issue. Thanks to Jaron ruling…
Travis is excellent! He explained everything and gave me a breakdown of preventative items that I may need.

Incredibly grateful for Jesse and Jared. Our AC unexpectedly went out after a big storm on July 4th, and with two small children at home, we needed it fixed fast. Jesse showed up right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and Jared made sure to get the replacement parts first thing the next morning. Their…
Jack LaGreca fixed my EV 240V Charging outlet that hasn't been installed properly since 9 months ago. He listened to my frustrations (venting) of what wasn't done correctly on the past three separate appts. What impressed me most about Jack is that on the first glance (within seconds) from 15ft away he noticed the…

As always, I received excellent service.Jesse Pizzello was here for My semi-annual HVAC service. He did an exceptional job. My only concern is that my semi annual maintenance cost has gone up 50% this year and he suggested some replacement parts that are very expensive. I know that he will Do a great job if I need replacement parts put in.
Jesse Pizzello was on time and friendly. We like the consistent quality of customer service, and the super fast response time for A/C emergencies. 07/03/24 We have the maintenance plan and just had a visit from technician Tim B.
