We've had a great experience with Hawkins Service Company! Sharrod handled my HVAC service and he was fantastic. He is incredibly professional and competent. Best of all, his friendly attitude made me feel completely comfortable having this Hawkins team member in my home, and to keep everything working.
Ervin was out today to service our air handler and plentum. Our Trane works great and our electric bills are less than with our old unit.

I can't say enough about how great Anthony Blanco is! He quickly stopped my air handler from flooding my house, so I wouldn't be without ac during a hot weekend. I’m a little confused the first service I had the gentleman checked my air filters and this time they were not checked. Also, the thermostat was turned down to 66 and I Wasn’t aware that it wasn’t turned back up to 75. Otherwise, great service.

Friendly, professional and fair price
We bought a new HVAC unit in 2025 - $15,000. They have been out to service the unit 5 times since. 3 times this season with a $1500 upgrade a month ago. We are never prioritized in their call system. Ever. This is not acceptable and I hope those looking on line for a new unit go elsewhere.
