Hawkins Service Co. came to my house and took their time to diagnose my A/C problem correctly. The replaced the defective part under warranty and made sure the system was working properly, explaining all the work that was done, including before and after photos. A very trustworthy company!
I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that came out to do our service. He was very clear on everything that he was doing and explain things to us step-by-step. He was also very personable and friendly. If I could request him to be our tech every time!!!!

Hawkins Service is an excellent contractor. We purchased an installation from another company and only had nightmare service problems due to shoddy installation. Had Hawkins to do a complete reinstallation with Ervin and his helper and now runs perfect. Love dealing with Jared, Manager and his service techs like Christopher .

Adnother great service call from Hawkins. Chance and Omar put in a new HVAC condensation line. They were patient and thorough with all our questions. I feel confident calling Hawkins.
Anthony was great! He explained everything in detail. We discussed the issues, he walked through what he wanted to check, showed us readings and explained expectations vs reality. He went over what repairs/maint was needed/suggested and we separated it out into sections so that we could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Anthony.
I can't say enough about how great Anthony Blanco is! He quickly stopped my air handler from flooding my house, so I wouldn't be without ac during a hot weekend. He came back asap for a deeper fix to prevent another nightmare. Aside from his expertise, Anthony's kind and genuine demeanor is top tier.

Sent someone out to fix the AC right away. Their techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave an honest assessment and multiple options for repair and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.
