I can't say enough about how great Anthony Blanco is! He quickly stopped my air handler from flooding my house, so I wouldn't be without ac during a hot weekend. He came back asap for a deeper fix to prevent another nightmare. Aside from his expertise, Anthony's kind and genuine demeanor is top tier.
Had A/C system repaired by Sean. Excellent technician that corrected the coolant leaking issue with professionalism and expedience. He communicated with his supervisor at the office to ensure the repair was at no cost to the customer. Great job!
Jesse Pizzello did an excellent job for us. All went well
Love Hawkins!! They take care of my HVAC, natural gas, and pool equipment needs. Joe Fabel and his team are the best! They are always professional and quick to respond. Nik in the pool department is great!! An asset to the community and always happy to send my friends and family their way. Thank you for everything!!
Jack LaGreca fixed my EV 240V Charging outlet that hasn't been installed properly since 9 months ago. He listened to my frustrations (venting) of what wasn't done correctly on the past three separate appts. What impressed me most about Jack is that on the first glance (within seconds) from 15ft away he noticed the…
I love this company, great office and field staff! They offer multiple solution options and do not try to sell you just cause. Open and honest communication and work!
Gabby’s service was excellent. Came in on time, I was called before they showed up to let me know they were on their way and Gabby was able to find some things on my air conditioner that I wasn't aware of, and provided me with some good options and recommendations. Great service and quality workmanship, highly recommended.
I recently had an issue with my AC not working one night, and Mark from Hawkins came to the rescue. Not only did he efficiently fix the problem caused by a faulty thermostat, but he also took the time to assure me that everything was in perfect order. I truly appreciate his promptness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Mark came out on time on a Saturday night and did a great job diagnosing the problem.
Mark was very informative and professional. Helped me understand the differences in units and what makes sense for the house.
Jesse did a great PM on my HVAC today. Great service and good values
Gabby is the nicest person that I have met in a long time. She is so professional she gets everything done quickly. I would recommend her to anybody.
Scott was great he’s on time, does a professional job, answers all my questions, I’ll be a Hawkins customer for life.
Scott did a excellent job and is very knowledgeable. He has worked on my ac a couple of times. I have multiple units in my house. Nuccio was a nightmare to deal with. I started using Hawkins and they have been awesome from day one.
Scott was amazing. Very knowledgeable about our house. Pleasure to have him.
Scott and Jamil were awesome in taking care of getting our AC working again.
I called at the end of the business day, they were able to come out the next day. Jamil was on time, explained clearly the problem, and quickly had my AC back up and running.
Gio did a excellent job servicing are ac unit
My family, the Governors, purchased a home in 2021 and the sellers recommended Hawkins for our service needs. We've had to call twice since owning the house and the service has been outstanding every time. Last week we had a problem with the HVAC system. The technician who came for the initial evaluation, Jamil was…
The 5 stars I'm giving are for Jamil. He was on time, quick, professional and very good person.
Hawkins has always been very responsive to our needs. Our A/C stopped working...I called them this morning and they had Scott come out within 2 hours. Scott was extremely thorough, very articulate in his communication, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to diagnose our issue and to ensure all of our…
Called for emergency a/c service on a holiday weekend. Received a return call within 15 minutes as promised. Jason walked us through what could be wrong so we could fix the problem and didn't have to sleep in a 88 degree home. We will be following up with them to do a tune-up and check later this week.
Had them out to look at our pool heater.. had an issue with the power but recommended buying a new one without seeing if it turns on. He left and I found screws by the unit. I wonder why he felt it wasn't important to replace all the screws.
Hit/Miss - I've had these folks come out 4x in the last year, the first two visits were after we purchased our home and wanted to get ac maintenance and some electrical work done in the attic. The electrical guys were nice, said that a ton of work had to be done and would draft a report so I could share it with our…
Tried to sell me three things totaling more than $2K when I was having AC troubles. My neighbor warned me about them so I got a second opinion. Ended up calling another company who sealed some leaks in air handler and for $150 and the unit is working perfectly. The repair guy confirmed that I didn’t need any of the…
