Quinton showed up in time and was very professional and through. Kept us apprised during the service and explained each step as he went along. Left the area nice and clean and everything back in order. Found no issues and explained all the process and any information for the systems

I am extremely satisfied with the pool equipment installation. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. I am not good at writing these reviews, so I normally don't fill them out. Arturs and Matt were awesome! They worked diligently in the hot sun all day making sure equipment was installed correctly and addressing every actual and potential issues. I could not be happier with the service they provided, and their willingness to follow up and provide ongoing service and support as needed is why I will remain a Hawkins customer!

We had unresolved pool issues for months (not due to this company). The very first day Eddie arrived, he figured out the issue and made a plan to get everything fixed so we had a working pool again. Pool was back up and running within the week! Great service, friendly, explained everything, and even shared tips to help mitigate any new issues.

Tyler is A+ in my book. He never gave up and continued to check every part and connection until he found the problem. Tyler has raised my confidence level with Hawkins and reaffirmed my decision to have Hawkins replace my pool heat pump. This young man deserves a well earned bonus.

Eddie did a great job. We had to have our pool pump, filter tank, and salt cell replaced. We also upgraded our pool controller equipment to the latest so we can now control the pool easier via an app.

Awesome company. My pool installers were dragging their feet on a warranted repair. This company came in short notice and fixed the issue in less then an hour. The Tech Lewis was professional and honest. Even alerted me that some of my other issues were also warranty covered. I'd give 6 stars if possible.

Derrick is awesome! Pool maintenance and fixing all of my pool issues! 40-50K Gal pool. Price is what you would expect for a large company doing everything by the book which is what I was seeking for this large investment.

Hawkis service company, with contract, can try to charge for unnecessary work, pushing expensive repair and replacement. This company sends inexperienced workers.

Hawkins was here today (Chris) and set my controls back up. Added a heater. All devices and controls were destroyed during the hurricane. It will be great to use the hot tub tonight. First time in over a year. Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you.

Great service and communication

Super great service. The tech was on-time. He diagnosed the issue. Went over our pricing options. He fixed the issue right there. Same day service for everything. Which was great! The workmanship appears to be excellent too. He was always very knowledgeable and professional.

I was having issues with my pool pump and air in the lines.  Darius found multiple leaks causing the issue.   He pointed out each one to me and explained how he would fix them.  When he completed the work the pump is now running perfectly without any air in the line.

Took time to explain how the repairs would be done. Spent time answering questions, appeared very knowledgeable.

Brian and Brandon did a great job installing my saltwater chlorination system. They were punctual and worked diligently until the job was done. They also left the job site pristine. On 12/5/24 Andrew was very courteous and professional. Was quick to diagnose my salt system and provide repair instructions.
