Quinton showed up in time and was very professional and through. Kept us apprised during the service and explained each step as he went along. Left the area nice and clean and everything back in order. Found no issues and explained all the process and any information for the systems

We had unresolved pool issues for months (not due to this company). The very first day Eddie arrived, he figured out the issue and made a plan to get everything fixed so we had a working pool again. Derrick is awesome! Pool maintenance and fixing all of my pool issues! 40-50K Gal pool. Price is what you would expect for a large company doing everything by the book which is what I was seeking for this large investment.

Hawkis service company, with contract, can try to charge for unnecessary work, pushing expensive repair and replacement. This company sends inexperienced workers.

Great service and communication

Super great service. The tech was on-time. He diagnosed the issue. Went over our pricing options. He fixed the issue right there. Same day service for everything. Which was great! The workmanship appears to be excellent too. He was always very knowledgeable and professional.

I was having issues with my pool pump and air in the lines.  Darius found multiple leaks causing the issue.   He pointed out each one to me and explained how he would fix them.  When he completed the work the pump is now running perfectly without any air in the line.

Took time to explain how the repairs would be done. Spent time answering questions, appeared very knowledgeable.

Brian and Brandon did a great job installing my saltwater chlorination system. They were punctual and worked diligently until the job was done. They also left the job site pristine. On 12/5/24 Andrew was very courteous and professional. Was quick to diagnose my salt system and provide repair instructions.

Jesse Pizzello at Hawkins is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This is the type of HVAC technician that keeps me coming back to Hawkins for service.

Jeff was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to me concerning the issue of the blower and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions.

Obtained three quotes to update my pool heater and elected to utilize Hawkins Service Company. Quote was reasonable for the service provided. Nick and Austin did a great job on the installation of the heater, reconfiguration of the pump and conversion to a salt system. Follow up by office staff to confirm satisfactory installation was also a nice touch.

Jeff came to replace the salt cell for my pool. While he was here, I asked him why the pool heater wouldn’t be connecting to the app. He took the panel off and rewired it. He then walked me through how to use the app. This is my first pool and I really appreciated him taking the time to help me.
