Arthur and Mike serviced my pool equipment today as part of my semi-annual maintenance contract with Hawkins Service Company. They both were professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and patiently answered all of my questions. Arthur demonstrated a number of tasks that I could perform between their semi-annual…
I moved to Florida 3 years ago and purchased a home with an existing pool and equipment. Over the past 3 years, the pool pump, light, temperature sensor all started to fail as all this equipment was approaching 8 years old. A sticker on the existing equipment showed that the original equipment was installed by…

I am extremely satisfied with the pool equipment installation. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. I am not good at writing these reviews, so I normally don't fill them out. But they were so good that I had to let everyone looking for this type of work that you can trust this company.

Polite& took time to explain all services & options we had, including cost of repair. Will request him direct if we need repairs in the future. Highly recommend!
Lewis was fantastic! He came prepared with the right parts to fix our pool heater, took the time to explain the issue, and even pointed out a few other things to keep an eye on. I really appreciated that he didn't rush off to his next job—he actually stayed until the spa fully heated to the set temperature to ensure…
Arthur is professional, and very friendly. Thorough. Explained what he did, what he found, and cleaned the filter. Great service
Fast service and had parts on hand!
Came here on time to prepare proposal to replace circuit board and display panel on aquacal pool heater. They also quoted replacing plastic port for sensor on input line. Ridiculously high price for a single simple port replacement. Quote on board touch pad was a little higher than I anticipated. They went on to…

He explained the replacement process, parts and financing very well. He kept me informed during the day and did an excellent job. My pool has come back to…

Our pool heater wasnt working properly, so I called Hawkins and their automated service had scheduled our appt. I do have to say, Hawkins keeps their customers informed with text and emails. Which is a great thing! Our appt was from 12-5 pm and Brian showed up earlier(another plus!) and diagnosed the issue and was…
