We've had a great experience with Hawkins Service Company! Sharrod handled my HVAC service and he was fantastic. He is incredibly professional and competent. Best of all, his friendly attitude made me feel completely comfortable having this Hawkins team member in my home, and to keep everything working.
Ervin was out today to service our air handler and plentum. Our Trane works great and our electric bills are less than with our old unit.
Awesome, professional, and knowledgeable.
Great company! Knowledgeable techs, reasonable prices. They are always honest about what needs to be fixed right now, what will need to be fixed next visit and what they recommend to improve the systems performance.

I live in FL and my AC was intermittently shutting off. Needless to say, living in FL I personally cannot have my AC not working properly. So, I called Hawkins Service Co. Billy is exceptional, patient, and educational. I have a Dakien I love it but I’ve come to notice that most companies in this area do not know how to work on these systems. I think we’ve found a new company to service our home.
Kyle is so knowledgeable about air conditioners. We were impressed with his work and explanations. He informed us what we will need to do in the future to keep our air conditioner running well.
I’m a little confused the first service I had the gentleman checked my air filters and this time they were not checked. Also, the thermostat was turned down to 66 and I Wasn’t aware that it wasn’t turned back up to 75. Otherwise, great service.
Installation went exactly as planned. Polite & courteous installers. This was my 3rd experience with Hawkins and all have been very satisfying. Highly recommended company.
Friendly, professional and fair price
We bought a new HVAC unit in 2025 - $15,000. They have been out to service the unit 5 times since. 3 times this season with a $1500 upgrade a month ago. We are never prioritized in their call system. Ever. This is not acceptable and I hope those looking on line for a new unit go elsewhere.
Blake was really great! Very informative and patient. Answered all of my questions. Very happy with the service.
Great job. Thanks you..
Tuesday night we discovered that our air conditioning system was not cooling properly. After doing some research, we found that Hawkins Service Company received many very positive reviews. Had A/C system repaired by Sean. Excellent technician that corrected the coolant leaking issue with professionalism and expedience. He communicated with his supervisor at the office to ensure the repair was at no cost to the customer. Great job!
I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs from Hawkins. We pay Hawkins monthly for HVAC maintenance and service. When our 5-year-old AC had trouble starting, their technician recommended up to $2,604 in repairs, including a capacitor, contactor, $500 hard-start kit, six pounds…
Very professional technician

Worst company I never used.... My wife called to have Hawkins come out and provide an assessment of our two HVAC systems. Another company had given us dire news and we were not buying it. We wanted more opinions. From the first contact, they baulked at coming to Punta Gorda to give us a free system evaluation, but…

Hawkins Service Co. far exceeded my expectations! May in the office was extremely helpful and made signing up for a monthly maintenance plan a breeze. The technicians who come out from Hawkins are excellent—courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. The staff who handle scheduling over the phone are also very pleasant and easy to work with. That said, the company itself is extremely expensive. They routinely push upgrades or additional services that…
Had Joe Horstman for my service call. I've yet to meet a negative employee with Hawkins Service Company and today was no different. Joe was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He advised me every step of the service he would be performing and the conclusion provided me with a detailed summary of the results of the service, recommended items for correction and the price associated with those corrections. He carries himself well and I…
Brian Baker did great! We forgot to add water to the pool and pump sucked in air. We added water and all was good. Brian stopped by to check in because at first I didn’t know what a sucking pump “wound-sound” was and called for support. Brian didn’t laugh at me for being a dumbass, so high marks for…
Stan DID A FABULOUS JOB.....THANK YOU HAVE no regrets
Finally, in 2025, we let Hawkins go. We tried to make it work with them, but we finally had enough. Time after time they tried to “fix” the drain issue we had with our downstairs HVAC unit yet every 2-3 months they were back. Even with our monthly service contract, the cost was astronomical, and they didn’t fix the…

I chose Hawkins Svc Co to replace my 11 year old HVAC system since I had been having them service the previous system. Jack LaGreca fixed my EV 240V Charging outlet that hasn't been installed properly since 9 months ago.
