Very responsive. They came out on the weekend and fixed our system quickly.
Hawkins Service Co. came to my house and took their time to diagnose my A/C problem correctly. The replaced the defective part under warranty and made sure the system was working properly, explaining all the work that was done, including before and after photos. A very trustworthy company!
I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that came out to do our service. He was very clear on everything that he was doing and explain things to us step-by-step. He was also very personable and friendly. If I could request him to be our tech every time!!!!
Jeremy was excellent and was able to stop the leaking. He was also very knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend him.
Jeremy was excellent! Was right on time, put on shoe covers, worked quietly while my son was napping, and was great with my dog. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs AC services.
Nick took care of everything with a positive, outgoing attitude.
Cannot go wrong with Hawkins!
Jesse was great, as usual. Service rep was very polite and helpful.
Jeremy in HVAC was so helpful in determining our issue, ordering parts and returning promptly to fix us all up! Thank you!
I live in FL and my AC was intermittently shutting off. Needless to say, living in FL I personally cannot have my AC not working properly. So, I called Hawkins Service Co. They sent someone out the same day. The technician, Simon Luke, was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up doing a…
Hawkins Service is an excellent contractor. We purchased an installation from another company and only had nightmare service problems due to shoddy installation. Had Hawkins to do a complete reinstallation with Ervin and his helper and now runs perfect. Love dealing with Jared, Manager and his service techs like Christopher .
Timely, polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, not pushy about trying to choose the priciest option
I’ve received great service from Hawkins AC. Professional and well-trained technicians. Eric did a great job on the service call this afternoon.
Hawkins always does good work. I've used them for gas lines, pool repair and AC work. This time it was an issue with my mini-split AC. Christopher showed up on time, resolved my issue quickly and it was a great experience. Thank you Christopher D. for your professionalism!
Anthony B was thorough and professional. Super impressed.
We love Brian White! He is the best tech ya'll have!!
Great service
Most conscientious, knowledgeable and technician you could ask for!
Adnother great service call from Hawkins. Chance and Omar put in a new HVAC condensation line. They were patient and thorough with all our questions. I feel confident calling Hawkins.
Anthony was great! He explained everything in detail. We discussed the issues, he walked through what he wanted to check, showed us readings and explained expectations vs reality. He went over what repairs/maint was needed/suggested and we separated it out into sections so that we could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Anthony.
I can't say enough about how great Anthony Blanco is! He quickly stopped my air handler from flooding my house, so I wouldn't be without ac during a hot weekend. He came back asap for a deeper fix to prevent another nightmare. Aside from his expertise, Anthony's kind and genuine demeanor is top tier.
Jake is very thorough and also pleasant to work with.
Anthony & Steven were great. Very thorough. Explained everything and gave me multiple options & exactly to what extent each option would address our issue. They both worked with the extenuating circumstances of our planed remodel & we love our final choice. We have booked Hawkins for our pool serving and electrical repair work as well. Thank you!!
Hard workers! No slack time, even in this heat
Martin
Used car salesmen tactics and a total scam! The “tech” rattled on and on about all the “problems” he found and then fast talked about financing and total cash trying to pressure me without telling me the full price he’s quoting! I had to open the quote he emailed to see he was proposing a $7k repair! I can get a new…
Sent someone out to fix the AC right away. Their techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave an honest assessment and multiple options for repair and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.
This is the second time Billy has come to our home and he is honest and does good work. He was able to fix and assess two issues we had.
Our household has been with Hawkins Service Company and under the Hawkins Service Protection Plan over the last 7 years and 3 homes. Billy is exceptional, patient, and educational. I have a Dakien I love it but I’ve come to notice that most companies in this area do not know how to work on these systems. I think we’ve found a new company to service our home.

Our technician Chris Douglas was awesome. Very thorough and very professional was very honest with us
I was having major problems with my HVAC system, and reached out to several contractors. Jared got back with me immediately, and talked me through several different potential issues that could be affecting the systems efficiency. It was sporadic, so we didn’t do anything right away. Finally, I got to a point where…
I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs from Hawkins. We pay Hawkins monthly for HVAC maintenance and service. When our 5-year-old AC had trouble starting, their technician recommended up to $2,604 in repairs, including a capacitor, contactor, $500 hard-start kit, six pounds…

Hawkins replaced my system 5 years ago, with a high efficiency Trane units . The old air handler was above the garage ceiling, they installed the new on the garage floor . Worst company I never used.... My wife called to have Hawkins come out and provide an assessment of our two HVAC systems. Another company had given us dire news and we were not buying it. We wanted more opinions. From the first contact, they baulked at coming to Punta Gorda to give us a free system evaluation, but…
Jacob did an amazing job diagnosing an ongoing A/C challenge. He took the time to conduct a deep dive which uncovered some secondary issues and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both Jacob and Hawkins service!
VERY GOOD JOB! Billy was very knowledgeable on fixing the Diakin problem. Not sure why Diakin has this communication problem and shut down the AC system, second time it occurred.

We are truly appreciative of Billy.
I have been using this company for 20 yrs for electrical, hvac and pool repairs. The tech who came to my home was transparent, provided excellent education and was very professional. This was probably the best interaction I’ve ever had with one of their staff members.
Jake is very patient, he provided a great service. He shows the willingness to get to the bottom of things and explains everything to ensure you understand the issue and the remedy.

Great removal and replacement of our HVAC. Techs were skilled. Replacement was quickly completed.
Hawkins Service Co. far exceeded my expectations! May in the office was extremely helpful and made signing up for a monthly maintenance plan a breeze. If that wasn't enough they were able to send an HVAC tech same day to do my regular service. Jake showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. I really can't recommend them enough.
Technician explained everything .
Once again an amazing job. You have done my ductwork, my pool installations, electrical and repair. I just received a new pool light, which is stunning you service my HVAC system that I can’t speak highly enough about you guys.

Our Hawkins’ guy - SAM - solve our problem. He did thorough detective work and found the solution was very simple. He also inspected our entire house - top to bottom - and gave us a complete estimate of issues we may want to address. This is the second time Sam has visited our house. We shall request him in the future.
Nice, knowledgeable tech
On time, quick, and knowledgeable.
Quick response on New Year’s Day when we discovered our AC condenser frozen up. Scott assessed the situation and gave us our options, long term vs short term solutions. He worked to get us the best deal possible and we decided it was time for a replacement. Not high pressure, just honest answers.
I'm impresses with Jesse Pizzello work.. He took time to explaine what he was doing and answered all the questions we had. Very knowledgeable and professional. He also setup the thermostat for us. Thanks Jesse.
Finally, in 2025, we let Hawkins go. We tried to make it work with them, but we finally had enough. Time after time they tried to “fix” the drain issue we had with our downstairs HVAC unit yet every 2-3 months they were back. Even with our monthly service contract, the cost was astronomical, and they didn’t fix the…
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find service this reliable and…
Donavan and Zach were great! The company is always responsive and reasonable in addressing solutions.
Hawkins is reliable and efficient, their crew is well trained, and they get the job done right the first time. Only negative is their pricing is much higher than the competition.
Expensive, but good.
