Did great work and explained how to operate the new equipment.
Daniel Menhart did a great job. Went above and beyond. Amazing guy.
Kris was knowledgeable and patient as he walked us through the issue with our pump
Great service as always, over 15 years of maintaining my pool and updating it along way
very impressed with technician and service
I am extremely satisfied with the pool equipment installation. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. I am not good at writing these reviews, so I normally don't fill them out. But they were so good that I had to let everyone looking for this type of work that you can trust this company.
Adian was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He is the best technician I have had the pleasure to work with.
Andrew was fantastic. Knowledgeable, effective, efficient, and easy to talk to about pool-related concerns.
Excellent service and extremely helpful
Used Hawkins for the first time since our pool install and I have to say Solomon is one of the best technicians I have worked with. He has exceptional customer service. Kudos to Hawkins for employing loyal and passionate employees like him!
Eddie came out as scheduled to replace my pool pump and discovered that the wiring wasn't done properly when the pump was 1st installed. The panel had been saturated at some point and dome of the wiring had deteriorated to the point of falling out. Compounding the problem, the electrician who installed our pool…
Joshua Norton came out to my home and was nothing but courteous and respectful. Very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my shower in a few short hours, the same day as the estimate appointment! Gave quotes for additional work that might be beneficial later on as well. Overall a great experience with Hawkins…
Jacob was ok time and very friendly. Quickly diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions so I clearly knew my options. Fixed all the problems and everything is working great
Hired Hawkins to do some plumbing work. Had a leaking pressure value, fixed in seconds. Thanks
Nathan handily fixed our Pool Pump after it stopped working during an electrical outage. The Pool Pump was still under warranty so the part he replaced was covered. He then installed a $399 pool surge protector at our request to hopefully forestall any issues with a future electrical outage.
Very helpful and efficient.
Darius and Isaac did a great job of installing a new circuit board and double-checking that all systems worked correctly. Tyler cleaned our salt cell. The company also hired another company to clean the pool as well. I would highly recommend this company.
Submitted a contact form on the website, received follow up call within 48 hours, and technician on site 24 hours after that. Clay quickly assessed my pool pump issue, recommended a repair and provided a quote. He had a replacement 3hp Pentair in the truck and had it installed within 2 hours. The part is warranted…

We appreciate Hawkins service & Dan for their quality work and recommendations for future prevention and maintenance! If you're in…
Our washing machine pipe backed up and flooded our laundry room. We needed a quick fix and Daniel Menhart showed up same day! Everything is working great now.
