Michael did a great job clearing the weapons in a barrier on the outside of our
Thorough, professional, and friendly. What more can you ask?
They are very thorough in their work and in reporting their findings.
Ryan is amazing, just a breath of fresh air!!! I wouldn’t expect nothing less as a believer like me!! He is truly a blessing .. very knowledgable, quick and efficient at what he does and passionate in taking care of my concerns!! I had a few spiders inside my home and he was so kind to come in to do spot treatments…
Ryan was on time and provided a thorough and quality service. Thank you!
Outstanding work is normal for Hawx especially Michael.
Drew was fantastic. Took time to explain what he was doing.. had some questions about rodents. He explained a step by step process (fix some weather stripping first) then place traps to fix the problem. Appreciate the time spent.
He was polite and explained what he was doing. Sprayed inside for roaches as well. Great work.
Hector with Hawx did a wonderful job for us! We appreciate it so much. Thank you Hawx! 5 STARS!
Michael did a fantastic and thorough job of spraying for bugs and ants both inside and outside of my home! He is also very conscientious and makes sure our side gate is closed. I will definitely be requesting him again and again.
Hawx keeps our house pest free even though we live in a high pest area. Dylan did a great job
Great service, love the exterior web removal from stacked stone and especially our high upstairs windows that are non-opening. Really helps keep the house clean and looking great
Roland did an amazing job. He explained everything very well. Helped a lot with a mouse issue in my garage. He does a very good job and very knowledgeable
Jamie was efficient. Took care of spiders and sprayed around all the windows. Great job.
Excellent service with a smile. Genuine employees who are awesome!! No fake promises, no fake talk, just real people doing an amazing job! Shout out to the technicians out in the field!!
They were on time, communicated clearly on what work was to be done, asked if we had any questions or concerns. Jonathon did a great job. Was very efficient and was able to address our pest issue.
Kind, courteous, and detailed young man.
On time, helpful and responsive. Good experience so far. Chris is helpful and details with his service.
Joe was great. He texted me in advance, met with me at the door and wanted to know all the areas of need around our house. He was super communicative and checked in afterwards to explain the things he saw and what he did.
Best way to keep the bugs away
Dylan was Courteous but I should've checked the home. There were spider webs in the gas meter, on the side yard on both the first and second story eaves. I got my long brush to get them, but bummed these were not taken care of. I think he just took photos of the eaves on the first part of the home and then didn't look up as he went around the house.
Jesse was great as always! I really appreciate the phone call beforehand to let me know he was on his way so I could be sure my dog was indoors. He was very thorough and inquired about any specific areas of concern. Happy customer! 10/10

Germayn Mares was just terrific. I hope he could be my permanent technician. He was helpful and knowledgeable about all the product.

They do a great job. Take photos of all the areas they work in, and the technicians are very courteous and professional.

Very courteous and professional. Kevon did a thorough job on our premises and would highly recommend Hawx Smart pest control to friends and neighbors.
Chris is super friendly and professional, he took his time covered ever corner of my home. Thank you! Your crew (John, Jacob, Chris) have all displayed excellent customer service. Thank you
The technician John Henry went above and beyond making sure everything was cleaned and checked. I have a ton of kids structures and chairs and toys that he made sure were all checked cleaned off and sprayed. Because of his service we have decided to stay customers. I hope all the workers learn from his work.
The people came to service are all really friendly and very knowledgeable, I feel safe with their treatment
The techs seem knowledgeable and professional. Let's us know after service what he found. Always seems to take job seriously
Morgan went above and beyond to help with our pest control problem. He quickly and efficiently set up a barrier around our house, garage and interior. He then went and got rid of all the cobwebs around the property including on/under the patio furniture. He was an absolute professional and I would HIGHLY recommend him and Hawx. 😊
Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to provide the service I wanted.
Have been very happy with the service received from Hawx. Very thorough in assessing and addressing pest control needs. Morgan goes above and beyond for his customer needs!
This business is a scam all the agreements are for 1 year even when the service agreement states is for 2-4 months. I signed up for a 4 month service agreement and 1 year later I'm still being billed for a rental property I own. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The people are con artists trying to make…
Morgan was so amazing! He did such a great job communicating what needed to be done around the house his customer service was outstanding.
I have had nothing but a terrible experience with Hawx Pest Control in Brea, CA so far. The product just doesn’t work for us and I have given up trying to cancel because they lock you into the most ridiculous contract, charging over $400 just to cancel. I really feel like I have been tricked into a scam. They have…
