Great communication on when Michael coming to treat our house. Which gives us time to get our animals inside.
Drew was fantastic. Took time to explain what he was doing.. had some questions about rodents. He explained a step by step process (fix some weather stripping first) then place traps to fix the problem. Appreciate the time spent.
He was polite and explained what he was doing. Sprayed inside for roaches as well. Great work.

They use effective products that are not harmful to my grandchildren, pets, or pollinators. Dylan did a thorough job. He was understanding of when I needed him to come. And he came when he said he would. Everyone that I have dealt with at Hawx are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
Michael is very pleasant and always locks the gate when he is done.

They do a great job. Take photos of all the areas they work in, and the technicians are very courteous and professional.
This is not a review of the technicians. The two (Cody and Morgan) that I have come to my house have been pleasant and professional. This is a review of the company and their branch in Orange. They probably have too many clients for them to handle and so they kept missing appointments. I have an outdoor package with…

Morgan was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and left me feeling overall very comfortable with my first experience with Hawx.
