Maxwell was fantastic. He came to our home in Grand Prairie the same day we called and quickly found and repaired a chimney flashing problem on our roof. On tear-off day, they set tarps all around the house to protect the landscaping and keep the property clean. During the metal roof installation, they worked carefully and paid close attention to detail. After the job, they walked the area around our home several times to make sure no nails or metal scraps were left behind. The entire roofing team did excellent work from start to finish, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone in Grand Prairie needing a roof replacement.

We had a great experience with Hayes & Sons Llc on both of our properties in Grand Prairie. After strong storms and heavy rain, we needed roofing help fast, and they showed up the very next day. The crew was polite, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The new roof looks excellent, and the workmanship is top notch on every part of the job, from shingles and metal roofing to chimney caps and flashing. Communication was open and responsive the whole time, whether by text, phone call, or an on-site meeting. They also explained the roofing process clearly, kept the work area neat, and made sure everything was completed the right way. We highly recommend them for roof repairs, replacement work, and new roof installation.
After a large tree limb came down through our roof, we also had heavy shingle damage and needed roofing help fast in Grand Prairie. We reached out to Hayes & Sons Llc after hearing good things from people nearby who had used them for roof repair and replacement.
Ryan and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Our new roof looks great, the shingles are straight and neatly lined up, and the skylight was replaced the right way. They worked carefully on our steep roof and completed the full roofing job in just one day.
The crew was polite, respectful, and clearly focused on quality workmanship. They took time to make sure everything was done right, and the cleanup was outstanding. There was no mess left behind, no loose materials, and not even nails in the driveway or yard.
Communication was also very good throughout the whole process. They stayed in touch, answered questions quickly, and made everything easy to understand. The pricing matched the insurance adjuster’s assessment, which gave us extra peace of mind. We would gladly use their roofing services again.

I recently had my full roof and gutter system replaced after storm damage, and the whole process went very smoothly. Howard was great to work with—professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, repair options, and the full replacement process. Everything was finished just as explained, and the communication was clear from start to finish. Devin was also very helpful with the insurance paperwork and made that part much easier to handle. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did excellent work on both the roof and gutters. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, leaving the property looking neat and well cared for. I’m very happy with my new roof. It looks great, feels solid, and gives me peace of mind during strong storms and hot Texas weather. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roofing and gutter work.

after a big storm hit grand prairie, several trees came down and a few landed on my house, causing serious roof damage along with some interior and exterior issues. many homes nearby were dealing with storm-related roofing problems, and it was hard to get a callback from anyone. a neighbor recommended a local roofer, and ryan came out within an hour to inspect everything. he quickly put a temporary tarp patch in place to stop more water from getting in, then later handled a full roof replacement. ryan also helped me through the insurance process and made sure i understood the coverage and next steps. he even connected me with painters and carpenters to take care of the other repairs around the house. the whole experience was smooth and professional. the roofing work was done right, the communication was clear, and the crew was honest and dependable. i was so happy with the results that i hired them again for new gutters. solid roofing company with reliable service and strong workmanship.

My roof was a tough one for a shingle install, with a steep layout that needed an experienced roofing crew. I had reached out to a few roofers before, but they either did not show up or did not seem very interested in taking on the job. Then I found a local roofing company in Grand Prairie, and Howard came out to inspect the roof and gave me a fair estimate. He sent his crew, and I was very impressed with how professionally they handled the whole roofing job. They arrived on time each day, worked long hours in the Texas heat, and stayed focused until the roof was finished the right way. The shingle work looked great, the cleanup was solid, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. The estimate Howard gave me was fair, and when the work was completed, there were no surprise charges at all. The final cost matched the original quote exactly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Grand Prairie who needs roofing work done.

They did an amazing job on our home, barn, and shed roof in Grand Prairie. We felt comfortable with Maxwell from the first meeting and trusted him and the crew with our very old house. He was honest, gave us a fair quote, and helped us choose the right shingle color to match the style of the property. This was a large roofing project, and with an older home there were a few unexpected repairs along the way, but the team handled everything smoothly. They also repaired the chimney flashing and helped roof and side an old shed that we now use as a chicken coop. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and care throughout the project really stood out. The finished roof looks beautiful and fits the character of the house and barn perfectly while also giving us the durability we needed for the Texas heat and storms. We are extremely happy with the final result and would gladly recommend them for any roofing work.

I reached out to company: Hayes & Sons Llc to replace the roof on a rental home i own in Grand Prairie, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. Their price was very fair, the crew did excellent work, and the roof replacement was finished in about a day and a half. ryan did a great job taking care of rotten decking, damaged wood, and installing the new shingles with real attention to detail. I also want to mention maxwell, the project manager, because he was an incredibly hard worker and kept everything organized from start to finish. the crew stayed busy, cleaned up well, and made sure the roofing work was done right. After the main job was completed, there were still a few small items that needed attention, and he handled them right away without any trouble. He even helped secure an outside flood light, corrected a fan connection, and removed an old satellite dish, which was beyond the basic roofing scope but showed how much they cared about doing a complete job. He kept me informed through the entire project, explained what was happening with the roof, and made sure i felt comfortable with each step. I could not be happier with the final result, and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work, shingle replacement, or wood repairs.

From the first estimate to picking materials and signing the agreement, we felt confident we made the right choice. We compared four quotes, but this team gave us the most confidence in getting a quality roofing job with strong materials, solid warranties, and fair pricing. The crew finished the project on schedule, worked in a very professional way, and did a very good job with cleanup when everything was done. In the texas heat, it was clear they knew how to install a roof system built to last. my wife and I are very happy with the finished work and would highly recommend them.
