I have worked with Healthy Building Science twice, and they are an incredible company. They have the utmost integrity and are a B Corporation, so you know they are committed to the highest standards. My experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. The inspector, Brandon Chin, was professional, thorough, and reasonable. I also worked with Iain, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Both Iain and Brandon handled multiple interested parties expertly. The reports were clear and well-structured, even for someone who isn't an expert in the field. They provide a comprehensive, data-backed assessment. I highly recommend Healthy Building Science to anyone who needs a reliable and honest inspection. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I'm very grateful for their excellent work.

The team at Healthy Building Science has been immensely helpful to me, both when I lived in Marin County, CA and now in the Boston area. They were able to educate me on mold, mycotoxins, and toxic chemicals and spent the time necessary on the phone answering my questions. My doctor and another friend recommended them to me- they are the gold standard in CA. Although they do not work in the Boston area, they were able to direct me to a company who does, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.
Thank you for your wonderful review. Referrals from doctors and friends mean so much to us. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your recommendation!
