Really hate to leave a bad review as they were wonderful when we first started using them. But staff never answers the phone and the male staff is the worse with no professionalism. Sarah is the best groomer but out due to an injured hand. They need to be better managed.
By far the best dog grooming in League City. Salenah does an excellent job with my 3 doodles. Highly recommend!
I'd give them 10 if there were more. They did a great job with my nervous nelly and he looks exactly like the picture I showed the Groomer how I wanted him cut. It was friendly, fast, efficient, and affordable. I appreciate the personal attention to detail, and their kindness.
The staff is always so nice and professional. We take our boxer, chihuahua and French bulldog for regular grooming.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about this grooming place! Harley is our groomer and recently moved to this business from a different one, so we decided to follow! We had our first appointment here a couple of weeks ago and Harley did a wonderful job as always, and the rest of the staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Nice shop, quality OK, pricey
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about this grooming place! My dog, Pennylane, is usually very shy and nervous in new environments, but the amazing team here treats her with such kindness and patience that she actually feels comfortable — which is a HUGE win for us. From the moment we walk in, they greet her gently and give her time to feel safe. You can tell they truly care about the pets in their hands and understand how to work with anxious pups. The grooming itself is always done beautifully and efficiently — she comes out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with heart the way they do. Thank you for always taking such great care of Pennylane and helping her feel brave. This is hands-down the best grooming experience we’ve ever had! 💛🐾✨
