We hired Heaven Sent for our tile roof and were very happy with the experience. From the start, they came across as honest and trustworthy. There were no slick sales techniques and no pressure. The owner, Francisco, and his son Giovanni often visited to oversee the process and were always available to answer our…
Best experience I could of had while getting a new roof put on. The price was great and the people were even better. From the very start they spent a good amount of time talking to me about what I was looking for, explaining how they go about the job and all the details. Leaving me with the information I needed and…

Fransico’s and his men are very professional, hardworking, honest & genuine. Heaven Sent has been in business for a long time. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Heaven Sent Roofing went above and beyond to give me an amazing roof replacement experience. My roof was old and was leaking in the same spot after multiple repairs from other roofing companies. We got several estimates for repairing/replacing our roof and Heaven Sent Roofing gave…
What a great experience. Francisco and his team stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Let me know when they were going to be there. They worked really hard at making sure every part of the job went seamlessly. I will definitely be passing out his information to any buddy that needs a roof or repair.…
This should be your roofing company of choice! Heaven Sent has worked two reroofing projects with me, one fairly large job for our church and one smaller job for my house. In both cases, Francisco and the Home Office Team(Erica, Jessica, and others) were highly efficient in moving the process forward (estimates,…
Florida native here. Bought a house in St. Pete after High School instead of going off to college. I put a new roof on it when I moved in. I have worked and lived here ever since. It's my forever home, I am never leaving. Nearly thirty-five years of sun, humidity and of course Hurricanes had taken it's toll on my…
The whole crew, from the foreman to the office management, were just fantastic. They were very responsive and communicated very efficiently and timely! The workers did a great job with the roof and left the area spotless when the job was complete. I would highly recommend Heaven Sent Roofing to anyone who is looking for an honest and caring company!

Communication was excellent, the team showed up as scheduled, and the workmanship was top-notch. They paid attention to details and made sure everything was done right. We would absolutely use them again and…
I’ve used Heaven Sent Roofing on two separate homes, and both experiences were excellent. Jessica in the office is amazing! Very organized, friendly, and communicative. Francisco, the owner, runs an honest and reliable company with strong Christian values that truly show. Gio came out to inspect the roofs and was…
Great customer service and team!!! Very prompt and professional. Highly recommended.
Every person that interacted with us from Giovanni and all the office staff made this roof replacement run smoothly. If all interactions for contracted work went this well, even when unexpected problems crop up, it would be Heavenly.
I was extremely happy with Heaven Sent entire company the employees were courteous experienced and everything ran smoothly I appreciate them and Hope you give them a chance to give you a quote
I have never had to replace a roof before and Heaven Sent made the entire experience simple, stress-free, and so quick - from initial estimate to the final inspection. Mike was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He came to check out my roof and gave a very fair price, beating other roofing companies I had…

On all of my investment properties done, the down time was only a few days. They knocked it out quick. Quality work and value. Highly recommend.
