Heil Plumbing & HVAC

Chad Knowles did an outstanding job working on our plumbing issues. Our water pressure was way too high due to problems with the pipes and valves near it. We also had him install a garbage disposal, fix some leaking faucets that had been leaking for a very long time. While installing the garbage disposal he noticed… Read full review

Clean, professional and resolved the issue

Erik came and diagnosed our disposal drain issue and snaked it. Erik was very personable and professional and the job was done quickly and professionally. I can't really comment on how the price compares but I feel like $560 for a snake is expensive. That being said we needed the service and Heil responded quickly… Read full review

Very professional but the price seems a bit high. We paid almost six hundred dollars for one hour of service. Ouch !! We’re seniors and wish the rate could be lower. We were somewhat shaken by the price we paid. We were sad.

Happy with the service. Easy scheduling, nice people. When the specialists came, I knew I was in good hands. Knowledgeable and professional.

Eddie was fantastic and professional. He was able to fix the issue in no time

Erik is a great technician- he was on time, extremely efficient, courteous, and organized. He took care of the clogged drain, fixed the toilet handle. Erik continued cleaning the area after finishing up the job. Thanks for great attention to details.

Erik arrived early. Assessed the job, provided cost and time and was very careful to use covers for his shoes while in the house. He was quick and efficient as well as very professional. Highly recommend Erik and Demontae.

Heil Plumbing & HVAC was very easy to work with and Jeffrey Thomas provided superior service. Highly recommended.

Great service! Mr. Y was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great quick response, called last night, here this morning Erik Young wore shoe covers and did a phenomenal job and cleaned up spotlessly on completion. If I owned a plumbing business, I'd hire Erik Young in a heartbeat!

Damontae did an excellent job and he made sure that there are no water leaks after he finished the work. He listened to our concerns and took care of them all.

Excellent experience. Fair. Professional. Just what we were hoping for.

Joe Welch was my plumber and he was fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost. Step-by-step, he explained and showed me what the issue was. My daughter and son-in-law uses their service and recommended HEIL plumbing and I will recommend your plumbing services to other people also.

Very happy with Heil Plumbing! This is our 2nd experience with the company and they did not disappoint. Erik was courteous and got the job done well and efficiently. He was also very patient and friendly, especially with our pets.

Friendly, professional and on time. Diagnosed the problem. Upfront pricing. Highly recommend.

I have used these guys several times. My sense is that they are probably not the cheapest plumbers in the area but they do consistently high quality work at fair prices. They show up when they say they will, they clean up everything neatly and I have never had to call them back for something not done right. It… Read full review

Jeff T was fantastic! On time, excellent work, I highly recommend Heil for service!

My basement was backing up. Heil Plumbing snaked my main drain and then ran a camera to see if there were any problems. They informed me that the clog was on the county’s property and found roots in the pipe suggesting that I file a claim with the county for reimbursement and for them to fix the problem so I don’t… Read full review

Damontae Tuck and his partner provide awesome service ,really professional! Thank you so much!

Smooth coordination, professional, very respectful, a great experience overall

Daymian provided excellent service to open the kitchen drain. He quickly assessed the problem, then spent the next two hours diligently snaking the drain pipe. He demonstrated remarkable thoroughness and patience. Once the drain was open, he cleaned up the work area, leaving it spotless. I was most pleased and would… Read full review

Great service provider with solid customer service and service.

Plumber did an excellent job installing new faucets and addressing laundry water disposal concerns.

Heil Plumbing, and Jeffery specifically, were great to work with. Quick response to a service request, well executed, and provided good information about avoiding the problem in the future.

A huge thank you to Jeff for his expertise in getting our shower leak repaired!! Highly recommend Heil Plumbing DMV!

They are incredibly professional and reliable — On time, prompt response when called, pictures and written estimates for everything both for work they did and for proposed work. They are not the cheapest but I cannot recommend them highly enough

Two sink shutoff valve replacements. Quality parts and triple checking for leaks. Delta Faucet flush. (Left me with a written record that the solenoid needed replacement by Delta.) Got reasonable quotes for future work, including whole house valve and water filter.

Can’t say enough good things about Joe Welch, he was awesome! Great work!!

so far all seems good. thank you

Plumbers were very competent and personable. They fixed our problems and we are going to continue to use Heil.

We had a washer and dryer delivered at O'Dark30 and when they removed the old ones, we found that our water heater (purchased in 2002) was leaking. Sure enough, we called Heil for help and they were able to deliver and install a new water heater all before noon. They went the extra mile and connected up our new… Read full review

Great service! A++++++ Heil will be the only plumber we use in the future. They came the same day and had everything fixed. We had a flood and originally called Michael & Sons. They sent out a tech who was only prepared to survey the issue but he wasn’t able to run a snake or camera down the line. He said he’d have… Read full review

I would highly recommend Heil plumbing! Jeff showed up with high tech equipment, explained everything, invited me to watch and learn what the problem was, and he was engaging and professional. Everything was on time and done with excellence.

The guys who visited my home today were right on time which really surprised me because they had a block of time to arrive. I have never had any one show up on time before. Most contractors or repairmen show up several hours late when they have a block of time to arrive. They were probably finished with my repair in… Read full review

The Team at Heil did a great job setting up the appointment and the speed in which they did it was outstanding. Once the plumber arrived, MARVIN, did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problems and quickly and efficiently resolved all issues. Thank you for a Job done extremely well.

Tech was quick, personable, very knowledgeable, and left everything clean.

Service was great. Brandon and Ike made things easy to understand. Pricing was fair and discussed up front. Will be contracting with Heil again in the future.

Quality and professional! My plumber Nick DiRubbo answered all of my questions and provided superior service. I asked for a specific plumber but he was out on an emergency when Nick came in for the job. I was thrilled with the service and care Nick provided! . You can’t go wrong hiring Heil Plumbing!

Excellent job; cleaned up work area; polite and informative

Excellent service! Good Price, Quality Work. Responded to my Call right away.

Marvin helped fix a problem with the previous install where the water would come up the other sink when the disposal was running as well as bring the drain piping up to code.

Jacob was very pleasant and arrived on time for my repair. He went above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

The drain from our kitchen sink had clogged and Jacob from Heil Plumbing DMV came out promptly to take a look. He correctly assessed the problem, solved it and carefully explained each step of the repair. He completed the job in an hour and a half and did so in a neat and clean manner. He also recommended a product… Read full review

On time, courteous and efficient

Great service …thank you!!!

I was able to quickly schedule a appointment online and the plumber promptly showed up. He was able to diagnose what was causing my basement issues and recommend some immediate and long term solutions. Overall I'm glad I went with Heil and will use them in the future

The office returned my call within 5 minutes. Jacob, the technician, was at my home within the hour on a holiday weekend! Amazing service, extremely professional and most importantly, honest! Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about Heil. They were on time, they solved my problem, the work was professional, and I learned a ton. The pricing was straightforward and there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Jacob!

Amazing service. Definitely recommend l!

After previous plumber couldn't clear the drain, Jacob with Heil was able to devise an alternate approach that worked. He was clear that it wasn't a guaranteed solution, and gave me the option to proceed or not. Alternative was that our basement floor would have to be jackhammered according to previous plumber.

Great service

Ken was very responsive and protected every area he worked in to make sure light carpets and drain areas were kept clean and dry. Very happy with outcome!!

He was able to repair my drain at a reasonable price, and the apprentice was even cleaning the surface for me as well. They were professional and I am glad I hired this service.

Eddie was very attentive to my concerns and he provided expert guidance and advice. He serviced the drain and everything was clean when finished. I recommend Heil.

Prompt and efficient service.

Ken capably repaired a clogged shower drain and 5 pvc pipe leaks and severed pipes leading to a pool system. He was a very pleasant person as well. Shower is no longer clogged and pool no longer leaks. Other plumbers wouldn't touch the pool pipes. Prices were given ahead of time and there were no surprises.

The Plummer that completed the work was very professional, knowledgable and quick.

Great fast service from Heil for badly stopped up drain. Called in the morning and they were able to come out in the afternoon to fix the problem. Very courteous and careful service--it was a dirty job, but they kept things clean. Would use them again.

They had to reschedule for reasons beyond their control. They were honest and in time. Called before coming and texted when in the driveway. The technician was really good at looking for the problem and even said we could forego the snaking of the central drain pipe. But we did it anyways. Its usually $395 . But I… Read full review

What an amazing experience! Total professionalism was shown from the beginning to the end. I got email updates both before the appointment (an email to confirm the date and time) and after the appointment (a thank you email with the invoice) AND I got a text when the technician was 20 minutes out. Plus they were… Read full review

We called Heil Plumbing DMV late in the afternoon about a clogged kitchen sewer pipe and they fit us in after 5pm. This was not a simple job in an old house and an old pipe making 90 degree turns, so the plumber had to give up after 2.5 hours of trying everything he could. Both, the plumber and the owner came… Read full review
