Erik was very respectful and courteous. He explained what was needed to perform the work and the time to do it.
Chad Knowles did an outstanding job working on our plumbing issues. Our water pressure was way too high due to problems with the pipes and valves near it. We also had him install a garbage disposal, fix some leaking faucets that had been leaking for a very long time. While installing the garbage disposal he noticed that the drains and pipes in the other side of the sink were clogged also. He then addressed that problem and then changed some of the connections under the sink. Chad was very friendly, hard working and willing to explained
everything to us. He was professional at all times while working. I highly recommend both Heil Plumbing and Chad. The service was fast, professional and Chad was very thorough!

We had Eric from Heil Plumbing out to our house today to take care of several items identified during a buyer’s inspection as part of selling our home, including a leak in the shower plumbing behind the wall and a leaking diverter in our guest shower.
Eric was professional, punctual, and courteous from start to finish. We especially appreciated that he took the time to wear shoe covers while in our home. He walked through our list of concerns with us, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided transparent pricing upfront so we knew exactly what to expect.
Both my wife and I work from home, so we really appreciated how clean, efficient, and considerate Eric was throughout the repairs. He kept us thoroughly informed every step of the way and did an excellent job on both issues.
This is exactly the level of service we’ve come to expect from Heil Plumbing, and it’s why we continue to use them time and time again. Highly recommend Heil Plumbing, and especially Eric, for anyone looking for professional, reliable, and quality plumbing work!
