Erik did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. He arrived at the top of the service window which was icing on the cake. Erik was attentive and clear in his communication. Heil Plumbing is my “go to” plumbing service because of experiences like this one.
Plumber aka service technician Richard Cloud took good care of both our jammed garbage disposal and aging Toto commode. He offered maintenance and usage tips for the former and reassurance of normal wear and tear on the latter. This was our second call for Heil Plumbing’s services and we would do so again.
Jeff was courteous and conscientious and did a great job.
The technician showed up late (outside the time window given). I was charged over 1,000 dollars for replacing the disposal (229.00 dollars in Home Depot). I won’t use them again.
Eddie Heil and Heil Plumbing are incredible! I have used Heil plumbing for over 10 years on multiple jobs and they are responsive, experts at what they do, and always professional. I give Heil Plumbing my highest recommendation!

Just had service again. Another great job. Eric was professional and the work was done right. (4/3/2024) Great job. Installed new kitchen faucet, garbage disposable and water shut-offs under sink. Also repaired refrigerator water line connection valve.
Plumbers were very competent and personable. They fixed our problems and we are going to continue to use Heil.

Unfortunately there was a power issue that wasn't identified properly by a prior electrician...Decided to go ahead with new disposal installation and waited to write a review until we had another electrician properly troubleshoot the problem.…
Heil Plumbing installed our whole house and drinking water filtration system. Eddie and his crew did amazing work and was very professional in the process. He answered all of my questions and concerns. We will definitely ask Heil Plumbing to do more work on our home in the future.
The technician from Heil DMV plumbing, showed up to my home during the window of time given. He introduced himself and began working right away, he was quiet and professional and finished the job in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the service. I would call them back with any problem I have in the future.
Great customer service! Heil Plumbing DMV installed waterline to refrigerator, replaced/installed garbage disposal, replaced pips and valves, and explained the whole process thoroughly. The service and experience was so great that I called back for an estimate on replacing washer valves. Definitely recommend Heil Plumbing DMV.
