Chad Knowles did an outstanding job working on our plumbing issues. Our water pressure was way too high due to problems with the pipes and valves near it. We also had him install a garbage disposal, fix some leaking faucets that had been leaking for a very long time. While installing the garbage disposal he noticed…
Amazing experience with Heil. Water pouring out of the side of the house by the outdoor spigot at 7pm meant we had to turn the water off in the whole house. Scheduled online for a 7:30-3 window the following day. We called first thing asking if we could narrow the window so we could make arrangements with work, and…
Jake was thorough and he accomplished all our goals. He was polite and easy to have in the house. I would be pleased to have him return to do more work when it is needed. Both times I have called Heil you have given me prompt, expert service.

Eric B was fantastic. He came to fix our kitchen and down at least 30 mon on the phone with Delta, and they gave g him the complete run around! He figured out it was defective. He gave us guidance on purchasing a new one (we went with Moem this time—we’ve always had good luck with their products). I called Heil this…
Heil Plumbing has wonderful customer service and fast professional services. We needed a total replacement of the water line to our house. It was a complicated job on an older home. Work was done with minimum digging. The new work is more accessible and should last a very long time. Highly recommend this company.
Happy with the service. Easy scheduling, nice people. When the specialists came, I knew I was in good hands. Knowledgeable and professional.

We had a serious leak where the ceiling collapsed. We called Heil Plumbing in a panic. They sent Jeffrey out. Jeffrey Thomas came to our house and provided excellent service and information. I couldn’t be happier about my experience with Heil Plumbing.
Jeff Thomas is awesome. He did a fantastic job installing a pressure relief valve for my house that will prevent future pinhole leaks and other damage to my pipes. Hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve come across. He always solves the problem timely and in a way that makes sense (to me, a non-plumber), and…
Very comfortable recommending Heil. Good service, professional and polite plumber, fixed everything quickly, explained everything that he was doing, and charged a reasonable amount of money. Will use again for plumbing emergencies

Came on time, assessed the job fairly, and completed the work efficiently and well. Thank you to Nick and Chase from Heil.
Eric was quick and efficient, appreciated his timeliness and keeping me in the loop as he worked through the issue since I couldn’t be there in person
Jeff did a fantastic job! Another plumber came in here and told me we needed to get a new hot water heater to stop some flooding/leaking in our basement. Jeff looked at it for a few seconds and told us that our AC water condensation valve was backed up and he just need to snake it. Literally saved us thousabds of…
The technician arrived and did an inspection of the problem. He quickly diagnosed the situation and found, to my delight, nothing wrong. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Thomas. I was very happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Ken capably repaired a clogged shower drain and 5 pvc pipe leaks and severed pipes leading to a pool system. He was a very pleasant person as well. Shower is no longer clogged and pool no longer leaks. Other plumbers wouldn't touch the pool pipes. Prices were given ahead of time and there were no surprises.
Eddie went above and beyond to repair the plumbing problems at our home. He responded quickly, did an excellent job fixing our shower, and let me know about pricing before performing the work. I was so impressed by the work that I called Heil plumbing to replace a toilet (Eddie) and fix pinhole leaks (Ryan) at my…
We had a leaky faucet. Daryl came out within a day (no charge for coming out that quickly). he repaired the leak, but there was more damage than I had anticipated, so he needed to order a new handle, which had been destroyed by the last plumber (NOT Heil) that installed it. Daryl ordered the part and came back…
