A slow leak in the main water shut-off valve in my laundry room quickly turned more serious on 4/27/23. Of the 3 plumbers I called Heil was the only to respond and repair the leak the same day (literally within a few hours). I now have an improved shut-off valve and related piping and I'm am so grateful.
