Chad Knowles did an outstanding job working on our plumbing issues. Our water pressure was way too high due to problems with the pipes and valves near it. We also had him install a garbage disposal, fix some leaking faucets that had been leaking for a very long time. While installing the garbage disposal he noticed…
Charlie and his team were fantastic. We found them to be both friendly and professional. They were able to tackle a very tough job efficiently and with great results.
Great work!
Friendly service.
Very very professional and explains everything thoroughly. Went above and beyond.
After a different company told me I’d need to replace the entire kitchen faucet to address the leaking sprayer hose I called Heil for second opinion. Eric Y came out and quickly determined what part was needed, ordered it and then came back a few days later to install it – much cheaper than a new faucet! I won’t…
Wonderful job provided! Very professional, correct and polite.
We call Heil for all our plumbing needs — and there have been a LOT in our new old home. Jake is always meticulous, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. We request him every time. Thanks for being a service provider we can trust our house to!
Heil Plumbing has wonderful customer service and fast professional services. We needed a total replacement of the water line to our house. It was a complicated job on an older home. Work was done with minimum digging. The new work is more accessible and should last a very long time. Highly recommend this company.
Happy with the service. Easy scheduling, nice people. When the specialists came, I knew I was in good hands. Knowledgeable and professional.
Erik did a great job solving my plumbing issue. I will recommend Heil Plumbing and ask for Erick.
As a GC building my own house, I’ve worked with many contractors, and the technicians from Heil Plumbing are among the best I’ve seen. The lead technician, John, demonstrated extensive knowledge and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I will definitely use Heil Plumbing again in the future and highly…
Truly professional experience and very quick service. They gave me a 7:30 to 1:00 p.m. window and they showed up at 7:35. A.m.. very happy with the results of the work. Especially with how expeditiously it was completed and how professional and friendly their service providers are. I will absolutely be reaching back…
Prompt, quality service from Richard.
Jeffrey Thomas came to our house and provided excellent service and information. I couldn’t be happier about my experience with Heil Plumbing.
I recently hired Heil Plumbing to replace my water service line, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first phone call and follow-up emails, the communication was fast, clear, and honest. The technician who came out for the quote was extremely knowledgeable—he thoroughly inspected the…
Jeff Thomas is awesome. He did a fantastic job installing a pressure relief valve for my house that will prevent future pinhole leaks and other damage to my pipes. Hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve come across. He always solves the problem timely and in a way that makes sense (to me, a non-plumber), and…
Seth was prompt, professional and very pleasant and helpful in explaining various current and future issues.
Otto and his crew were very professional, respectful, timely, and efficient. Otto explained the entire main waterline replacement before they started and stuck to that process. Their process was very minimally invasive with only needing to dig a single hole to replace 30 feet plus of copper water line. It took them…
I highly recommend Heil Plumbing. I was unsure if I had multiple leaks and was told by other plumbing companies I needed to replace the main line. Seth was able to confirm the leak location (which was not the main line) and repair it within hours. It was not an easy location to repair but Seth did it. I am very…
Seth was a great professional with a friendly demeanor and patient attitude, knew his trade well and got the job accomplished to our satisfaction. Happy that I went with Heil Plumbing
Always great service at a fair price. No upcharges or selling. Very helpful DIY tips also from our plumber to save us money and time.
We had a water leak from the master bath into the bedroom and garage below.
Otto and his crew were polite and went about the work in a very professional manner. I work in the construction industry, I wish all my subcontractors were as professional.
I had a plumbing leak that seemed to be an emergency, and was able to get a plumber out within a few hours. Seth did a great job both in service and communication. Would definitely recommend using this company.
Once again a great experience. Thanks
They were on time, very reasonably priced and consummate professionals. Steven was very thorough and personable and fixed our leak extremely quickly! I highly recommend Heil and they will continue to be the only plumber I use.
Jeffrey Thomas was great - knowledgible and very helpful.
Jake did a great job. He was on time, very polite, had a great personality, and was overall very personable. He explained everything he was doing, worked very clean, and cleaned up after himself. Just a great job all around, thank you!
Had a couple clogged sinks and required immediate attention. Called Heil Plumbing first thing in the morning and they sent Jake out ASAP, who was very professional and efficient. They aren't the cheapest, but they are reliable!
This is my second positive experience with Heil Plumbing. We had a non-emergency leak under the kitchen sink stemming from an kitchen sink replacement which failed and caused the leak. Jeff showed up EARLY and resolved the leak and associated dishwasher related drainage problems. He handled the task in a…
A slow leak in the main water shut-off valve in my laundry room quickly turned more serious on 4/27/23. Of the 3 plumbers I called Heil was the only to respond and repair the leak the same day (literally within a few hours). I now have an improved shut-off valve and related piping and I'm am so grateful.
Outstanding, professional work. I had a leak occur on Sunday evening that was potentially disastrous. Called them 1st thing Monday morning,. They got one of their guys out her in record time. Completed the job in approx 90 mins. Very well done..... !!! Bravo Heil. I will use them in the future for similar work and will not hesitate to recommend them.....
Quality and professional! My plumber Nick DiRubbo answered all of my questions and provided superior service. I asked for a specific plumber but he was out on an emergency when Nick came in for the job. I was thrilled with the service and care Nick provided! . You can’t go wrong hiring Heil Plumbing!
Jeff was awesome and a nice guy to chat with. He said he had over 25 years of experience and knew exactly what to do to fix the leak. He walked me through what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and the cost involved before beginning the work. The price is a little on the high side but not crazy and you definitely get what you pay for!
Brandon B. Of Heil Plumbing was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely efficient and made sure that all of the previous work (done by a former homeowner) was redone properly during the installation. Heil gave me the best price they could on a new water heater, and their answering service/office staff was super…
Plumber Jacob George fully lived up to his excellent reputation. The work was well done and efficient. Jacob is a knowledgeable, skilled plumber who obviously enjoys his craft and has a great attitude. Will definitely call again
Love Jacob! He went above and beyond and was absolutely meticulous! Really great work and great guy! Very transparent and honest with great work.
They made an effort to come take care of my plumbing issue as quickly as possible.
He was prompt, explained everything and got the work done with a great demeanor.
I had a toilet with a tank that wouldn't stay filled up so there was a leak I couldn't find. Marvin showed up promptly and saw the flapper was defective even though I had just replaced it. He gave me an estimate to replace that and I agreed so he started the work. After replacing the flapper, it was still leaking so…
Very efficient
Been having a leak from the upstairs bathroom which has ruined the ceiling over and over after multiple plumbers had said issues were fixed. Came in and did hours of throughout inspection running infrared testing of pipes, floor, and ceiling. Found multiple leaks, with water seeping through floor around toilet,…
Marvin and team did an amazing job! 👏
We had a great experience with Heil Plumbing today. Our tech, Jacob, was punctual, very transparent about the pricing, offered explanations if I wanted to know what tasks he was doing, and was very willing to stick around and look at additional areas of concern. We discovered that both toilets needed minor repairs…
Outstanding service. I’m very grateful.
