High quality professional service

Very professional people. Did nice work. Did water heater evaluation.

We had a washer and dryer delivered at O'Dark30 and when they removed the old ones, we found that our water heater (purchased in 2002) was leaking. Sure enough, we called Heil for help and they were able to deliver and install a new water heater all before noon. They went the extra mile and connected up our new… Read full review

Brandon B. Of Heil Plumbing was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely efficient and made sure that all of the previous work (done by a former homeowner) was redone properly during the installation. Great work knowledgeable come in placed floor runners cleaned up after work was completed replaced water pressure valve and water heater in an reasonable time and brings system up to new county codes

I typically don’t write reviews, but we were so happy with the service we received that we wanted to make sure it was recognized. While on vacation out of town we learned from our house sitter there had been a gas leak to our home generator, and the fire department shut everything off until a licensed plumber could… Read full review

Great service …thank you!!!

Great experience using Heil Plumbing DMV. Mr. Marvin Chaney reinstalled my water heater that had been botched by another company. He explained what needed to be done, was pleasant, and cleaned up after the job. This company is my choice for all future plumbing.

Jacob took pride in his work. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy.

Marvin installed a new water heater for me. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent service from the project quote to cleanup. Very professional. So generous with his knowledge and advice. Will definitely use Heil Plumbing again!

I wasted several days calling plumbers listed in the Washington Consumers Checkbook who despite great reviews either did not answer phones, or were slow to respond to emails. Then I started a web search and found Heil. They had great on line reviews, answered the phone promptly, were quick to understand what I… Read full review

Excellent service in a timely manner. Very impressed with Jacob’s knowledge and demeanor. He was terrific!!

Marvin went above and beyond to get our water heater fixed, really appreciate it!

Fantastic. We woke up to a leaky water heater- they were there in a matter of a couple hours and had the unit replaced by the end of day. Professional, prompt, communicative, couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially under the stressful context.

Removed my outdated oil heat boiler and water tank; installed a new electric water heater. Marvin is a skilled tradesman and good guy. Easy to work with. Communicates everything clearly up front, delivered exactly what he said during the estimate on a job that few others would take. He has earned my business for the… Read full review

Appreciate the curteousness of my technician. He came in, did his job, and came and left within the estimated time-frames I was given. The estimate I was given was also very true to what I was charged. Very satisfied!

At last! A good plumbing experience after several bad ones in 1 month. I didn't feel pressured for… Read full review

It was wonderful working with Ryan O'Connell. He installed a water treatment system for acidic water in my house, repaired a poorly installed UV filter and added a proper sediment filter to protect the devices, he also did some preventative maintenance on some worn out parts on my well pressure tank tee. He then… Read full review

They were great.Profesional and value for money.

Received 2 quotes and went with Heil, and glad I did. The other plumber charged me $300 just for a 'work analysis.' Heil's free estimate detailed a problem with the pressure reducing valve, and they replaced it along with the non-working water heater the same day I called, at a very reasonable price. I will use Heil… Read full review

TLDR; I initially hired Heil to help with a hot water heater replacement and had such a great experience that we hired Eddie (and his growing team) for other issues--replacing a water hose bib, a gas hose replacement, and most recently helping check if I had a gas leak near our fireplace --Eddie resolved them all.… Read full review

They kept me updated on when they would arrive at my home via text and phone calls. The text messages included a picture of the technician that would be arriving, which I thought was outstanding. They were always timely and kind! They were even great with coordinating with the landlord. Cannot recommend enough!
