The job was difficult to perform. Unclogging a toilet that has been accumulating materia for 30 years ,and that was overflowing into a shower floor was quite the task. I could tell that Jordan did whatever it is necessary to deliver high QUALITY service.

SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
