The job was difficult to perform. Unclogging a toilet that has been accumulating materia for 30 years ,and that was overflowing into a shower floor was quite the task. I could tell that Jordan did whatever it is necessary to deliver high QUALITY service.
The drain was clogged. Eduardo fixed it very fast. I would recommend him to everybody.

They helped me fix a problem that seemed unfixable in the past. I had gone to other plumbers for help to no avail, but Heise's got the job done and drain fixed!
Heise's is a great company - they are easy to deal with. Plumbers get the job done, are reasonably on-time, communicative and the people answering the phone are helpful, too. I also own a rental and they make it easy to get things fixed.
Ceaser is great. Nice and helpful at the same time.

Very efficient fast work to troubleshoot problems
they were unable to clear the blockage and will be back monday.
SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
Great service
Showed up right on time. Problem fixed quickly. Great service.
We have used Heise's for our home and rental units for many years. They are responsive and professional and willing to come out at short notice. Definitely a five star experience.
They did a great job replacing a sink in our garage and installing an automatic shutoff device on our water main. The office staff was very helpful and responsive as well. Eduardo was able to come early and tackle the problems with the kitchen sink not draining. Required snaking to clean out years of kitchen grease… I also have a very old sink faucet, which was delivering very low water pressure and he was able to replace some aged shut off faucets underneath, but I will need to…
Crew responded promptly to an appointment request, arrived as promised, worked quickly to assess the issue (clog well down the line), confident in their plan of action to access and dislodge, executed efficiently, and double checked that everything was resolved.
I interviewed 4 plumbing companies to replace two rusted cast iron cleanouts and a rusted cast iron drain grate in advance of a garage floor resurfacing project. The solution offered by the Heise's Plumbing manager of my project, Tomas Suchocki, was the most innovative, practical and cost effective of all. Tomas and…

Brendan and company are fantastic plumbers! Although it looks like we’re going to have some significant out of pocket for the needed upcoming project (repair) we feel we’re in good hands with Heises Plumbing!
My garbage disposal has been limping along, where it would work and then break down. I finally decided to get another. Heise's was recommended to me by Parkside Appliance and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Heise's set up an appointment with me and arrived on time and installed a new garage disposal.…

After discovering an unfortunate leak in the garage from a washing machine riser, I was immediately told to contact Mike from Heise’s Plumbing. Mike was so understanding as this was during our 2025 Thanksgiving Family gathering.! Of all times to have a leak! No more than 45 minutes later a very kind young man named…

Eduardo arrived promptly, got right to work, and finished the drain cleaning quickly. He also worked "clean" and gave useful advice on how to avoid clogged drains in a very old plumbing system. Five stars are not enough!
This company continues to impress - fast, efficient, and responsive service with skilled tradespeople.
Heise's Plumbing cleared a stopped up toilet for me. They came out the same day I called, cleared the problem in a professional manner and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them. Just used Heise's again to install a faucet--same great service!

The company is very professional and I do recommend them. Prices were clearly announced when making the appointment. I'm very happy with the service Caesar provided for me, he arrived on time and solves the issue with skills. My kitchen sink pipe was clogged, at least 20-25 ft from the sink. He also provided great advice to avoiding the issue again.
The two technicians were right at the beginning of the window of service. They explained very clearly what the problem was and also the solution. As usual, I have been using this company since 2009, very competent and thorough.
Came promptly and did the job well. Very nice guy so that was a plus!
Scheduling is great, price is good, service is good. Used twice now. Moved over from another plumber, so hope to continue using Heise's going forward for my properties as long as good experience continues.
I want to add a new review for Edwardo today, but I couldn't seem to manage this forum. But let me just say that Edwardo came yesterday to fix a leaky shower. He did a great job in very good time. Heise’s did a great job!
I had been paying $60/month to Choice Home Warranty for a long time and never had to use them. I was so frustrated that I Googled plumbers in my area and,,…

Fast clearing of blocked sink drain!
Very quick and thorough response. Our drain is flowing freely again!
Good experience. Issue was resolved. It required lots of different attempts, equipment, and problem solving. Cesar was “ on it”. Hard working and determined! Much appreciation for his efforts, and happy to have the use of my shower again.
I’ll admit, this review starts in a dark place: me, stricken with violent food poisoning from a local establishment, unable to reach the porcelain shrine in time, and instead baptizing my poor bathroom sink. After trying every “recommended algorithm” for unclogging (remove solids, hot water, vinegar & baking soda,…
Edwardo came very quickly and was friendly and so efficient! It took him about 10 minutes to clear a very clogged drain.
Very impressed by his knowledge, skills and professionalism. What’s a life saving!
Very professional service and receptionist was very helpful too.
I’ve used Heise’s plumbing for years and they are the first shop that I call when I have a plumbing problem. Today, I had a very sluggish shower drain And it was challenging because the cover to the drain was screwed in too tightly. Additionally, the plumbing from a shower to the rest of the house wasn’t installed…
