SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.

We have used Heises for years for all kinds of plumbing needs from drain cleaning to fixing leaks, to installation of appliances and sewer issues. They are just great and we feel comfortable with them working on our Victorian home with its many idiosyncracies.

I had a great experience with Heises Plumbing. A while back, they replaced our water and sewer mains when we poured our new driveway so I immediately thought of them for this small job. I will never again call the other guys (who said it would be $1000 to fix the shower, which Heises did for about one tenth of the cost).
