They were prompt and as always great service
I called Heise Plumbing to deal with a kitchen faucet leak. The repairman was on time, intelligent and thoughtful of our home. The faucet was replaced and looks great. He also did a quick fix of our bathroom sink stopper. I would use Heise’s Plumbing again without reservations. Good honest intelligent people. Highly recommend.
Good quality work. Great staff on the phone as well as the service person. Very nice and professional
Awesome work - efficient on-time and courteous ❤️ great advice and fair price - excellent all around 😊
As always, Heise's delivers superb, courteous, and professional service! It's been a twenty-year relationship, and I've never been disappointed.
Gil was terrific. He explained the problem and told me what I could do to maintain the drain and faucet.
I'm satisfied with the work done, especially by repair to an outdoor hose faucet. Usually, a small item is replace-only, but I still have my turtle faucet and it no longer leaks.
Prompt, excellent work in a tight space under the sink. Great job.
Jose was very professional and respectful of our home. He repaired our issue quickly and then help answer some plumbing questions that were unrelated to the issue he came to repair. We are very pleased.
John is Fantastic! Quick, great communication and solved the problem!
Excellent, efficient, and professional service. We had extensive alteration to our kitchen sink plumbing. It was a major upgrade for us. Jose was terrific - solved all of our problems with ease.
Cesar was phenomenal and was able to resolve all issues impacting multiple faucets around the house! He was friendly, communicative, and was happy to explain more about my water fixtures and how everything connects to one another. Overall a great experience and will return for any plumbing needs!
Well done and in good time.
Great service and prompt response to an emergency fix needed on a Sunday morning.
Eddie was fast & courteous and did solid work. I’d definitely recommend!
I trust this company
Eddie arrived on time and did a beautiful installation of replacement faucets at two of our sinks in 4 hours, despite a challenging configuration at both locations.
Heise's Plumbing cleared a stopped up toilet for me. They came out the same day I called, cleared the problem in a professional manner and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them. Just used Heise's again to install a faucet--same great service!
Cesar was very knowledgeable and took care of my situation with leaking toilet and replaced my sink facet which was dripping.
Major leak under kitchen sink; the plumber identified three problems and worked very hard to fix them. The customer service representative responded quickly to have him out to our house. Excellent service all around.
Great service. I’ve used Heise’s for 15 years. Always good service. The repair people are knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
Excellent! I will always call Heise’s. Jose was honest, fast and efficient. The customer service agent (whose name I have forgotten…sorry) was so great at arranging the time for Jose to come even though I needed to change it at one point. Fabulous!! Thank you.
Heise's is always there for us and our clients, providing expertise and quality work. Their excellent communication skills make them super easy to work with.
Technician arrived as scheduled and was efficient and most pleasant. He was here less than an hour.
The Heise team did a great job on my small project.
Cesar was on time, efficient and friendly. The job was well done and completed to our total satisfaction!
It took a few visits to get it perfect, but Heise’s was able to replace our shower faucet WITHOUT needing to do tile work, which was huge for us. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and overall are very happy with the service. Would use them again.
Replace broken water heater. Repair one water faucet. Plumbers arrived 3hours after my call. They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. They did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone with a plumbing problem. Ed
Great service and very professional
Been a customer for years. Excellent service and top quality parts. They answer the phone
Five months after a faucet installation, the faucet failed. Heise's was apologetic for a defective part that was the fault of the manufacturer and was quick to replace the part at no cost to us. It pays to work with a first class company like Heises. And Gilbert was outstanding in taking care of this for us!
The plumbers came on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable cost.
Jose was on time and fixed everything in an entirely professional and competent manner.
Heise’s Plumbing has been our go to for years for projects large (sewer lateral line replacement) and small (new sink and disposal installation. Professional, responsive, and high quality work. We highly recommend them.
Drainage problem.
Timely, professional, great value. Replaced one bathroom faucet, fixed a second, fixed two leaky bathtubs. Our new go to plumbing solution!
Quality professional work. My go to plumbers.
He came 20 minutes early (about 8:40 am). Luckily, I was ready anyhow. He did a good job but he seemed very pressed for time. He received 3 calls (from his boss?) asking him why he wasn't done yet. When he was done, he replaced my items back under the sink, which was very nice, but he left debris from the…
Every time I call Heise's Plumbing they respond immediately. The plumbers they send know the job to do and do it right the first time. I just had a water heater installed by Heise's and the contractor (for other work) took a look and approved. The Heise's quote is fair pricing, service turnaround excellent and leave the job site clean. High recommendation!
Always excellent!
Heise's Plumbing is now my go-to Plumbing business. They worked with me to get the most bang for my buck on some jobs that needed to be done. They were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves, including taking my old toilet with them. We worked together on the bill which I really appreciated. They were…
Ceasar from Heise's Plumbing texted when he was en route and even arrived a few minutes early. I had put off calling a plumber for a long time due to bad experiences. Because of this, I had a small list of things that needed I needed help with. There was an old instant hot water faucet gizmo that was rusty,…
The hot water tap on our bathroom faucet was leaking. After visits from a handy man, then by a plumber, we learned our old fixture was too corroded to repair. So we ordered a new faucet from Lowe’s and paid for installation. After 3 no-shows by the plumber we were assigned by Lowe’s contractor (Handy), someone on…
Very helpful with advance, accommodating to additional requests. I noticed some imperfections which they where happy to improve on right away.
Great service - as usual.
I have used Heise’s for at least 25 years, and have always been pleased and completely satisfied with their services. They have unclogged pipes, large and small, replaced toilets, faucets and shower heads and the list goes on. I have gotten to know most of their techs and they are uniformly pleasant, knowledgeable,…

Heise is a great company. They are responsive and are wonderful to work with.
Eddie was efficient and courteous. He installed the kitchen faucet and cleaned up the debris. I would definitely recommend Heise's Plumbing and use them again the the need arose.
Today is a very happy day. The Technician was very capable. He handled and replaced the torch on our faucet. He was quick, very friendly and I highly recommend Heise's Plumbing for your next plumbing challenge. The Technician rates eleven stars out of ten. Thank you.
They showed up on schedule. They were quick, professional and fixed the issue (a leak under the sink). They answered all my questions along the way. I would use them again.
On time, very friendly, efficient. Seems a bit on the pricey side for a simple job, but I would probably use their services again in the future.
Jordan the technician was very polite, was great at communication and came on time to fix our broken faucet. This was my first time using Heise’s but I will absolutely recommend to friends and be calling them again for future needs. Thank you for your help! The Faucet looks great.
Arrived on time with mask and gloves on. Very professional, quick and focused on quality of work. I would use them again and recommend to anyone looking for help with anything plumbing related.
Water heater died @ 9pm and they were installing a new one in the morning. Saved us! Very professional and knowledgeable.
I am really happy with the work they have done. Have used them three times, and I don’t plan on finding another plumber anytime soon.
