They were prompt and as always great service
I called Heise Plumbing to deal with a kitchen faucet leak. The repairman was on time, intelligent and thoughtful of our home. The faucet was replaced and looks great. He also did a quick fix of our bathroom sink stopper. I would use Heise’s Plumbing again without reservations. Good honest intelligent people. Highly recommend.

I'm satisfied with the work done, especially by repair to an outdoor hose faucet. Usually, a small item is replace-only, but I still have my turtle faucet and it no longer leaks.

Heise's Plumbing cleared a stopped up toilet for me. They came out the same day I called, cleared the problem in a professional manner and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them. Just used Heise's again to install a faucet--same great service!

Five months after a faucet installation, the faucet failed. Heise's was apologetic for a defective part that was the fault of the manufacturer and was quick to replace the part at no cost to us. It pays to work with a first class company like Heises. And Gilbert was outstanding in taking care of this for us!

I just had a water heater installed by Heise's and the contractor (for other work) took a look and approved. Showed up for appointment on time and did a very professional job on the maintenance tasks of replacing kitchen facet and garbage disposal as well as replacing stem in bath/shower facets. Of course doing the plumbing work is different from billing/office support and being non-responsive to a query about billed parts charges can be a cause of concern.

The installation was ok, and the plumbers showed up timely, but they did not leave the old faucet, which had no problems. They had no way of knowing what I was going to do with it. Please re -deliver old faucet. tx.
