Eduardo, and Jil of Heises plumbing were efficient and clean and did a wonderful job of installing my new faucet as well as removing the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again.
prompt efficient service by knowledgeable staff
Cesar is fantastic. Super helpful, clean, kind, diligent. My new favorite plumber!!
Nice people, great service. We will certainly call them again in the future. This was the third time we have used Heises. Again fixed the problem without issue.
Ceasar was fantastic - he really knew what he was doing. He fixed a leaking pedestal sink which was borderline IMPOSSIBLE to access. I really appreciate his effort to complete the job.
Matteo is always so fantastic and helpful!!!
Always very good work as usually. Gentlemen was very professional and nice.
The work took longer than expected, but it was done well. However, we did not get a manual on the garbage disposal.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficient way Brandon diagnosed our leak issue & then proceeded to make the repairs. He also replaced our garbage disposal and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left… & same day service!! I called this morning & they happened to have an opening. Thank you!
Quick, professional, knowledgeable. Had two completely separate issues which they fixed promptly within two hour. Would love to use them again!
These guys always do a great job for us and our clients!
On time, Friendly, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after they were done!
Easy to make appointment. Appointment was tn=he next day. the workers were friendly and let me know my options. Very Satisfied.
Jose was amazing! We had a faucet that was stuck on because a rock was lodged in the shutoff valve. He was professional, patient and methodical. I would absolutely recommend them for your water emergencies
Pretty good. I don’t think I ever got a response to my text messages, so not sure why it is offered as an option. We sent photos in, asked some questions around scheduling, etc via text, but no response.
Both times I've had Heise's out to do work on our plumbing, they have been professional, thorough and timely. Matteo helped us out today, and explained everything thoroughly while he worked. Thank you, Matteo!
Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.
Good job
Very pleasant and professional. Jose was also very prompt.
Great value for the money. Reliable quick professional
Jose was efficient, knowledgeable , and quick to diagnosis our issue.
Great experience with Jose: skilled, courteous, excellent communicator.
Thank you Jose for fixing the kitchen sink!
From the first phone call to the actual work, the Heise's team was both very competent and kind. I recommend them highly.
Great - They arrived on time- knew what they were doing and worked fast.
My experience with Heise's continues to be excellent. From the friendliness of the person who answers the phone when I call and the friendliness and competency of the person they send makes them the best. This time I got Ceasar and his assistant Adrjel and they got to the root of the problem, resolved it and I was so happy.
Flawless service and and very professional. On time, which is a rarity now in San Francisco.😀😀😀
Jose was outstanding. He came in and fixed what we had been told by another plumber was an unsolvable problem with our faucet and that our entire faucet would need to be replaced. Instead Jose expertly repaired it, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in our toilet. Not having to change out two…
Eddie arrived on time and did a beautiful installation of replacement faucets at two of our sinks in 4 hours, despite a challenging configuration at both locations.
Heise's never does me wrong. I keep trying other plumbers to save money but when I really need a job done right, I know Heise's will do the best job. Just gonna call them first from now on.
Came within an hour of our call. Work was explained and done well.
Quick response and great customer service.
Cesar fixed the problems he was able to address with parts on hand and advised us on how to obtain replacement parts for a uniques faucet at the best price. Performed all work in a timely manner and was very personable.
The plumbers were on time, friendly, knowledgable and very efficient in their work. They explained the issue and the options to repair. I would definitely hire from Heise's Plumbing again.
The technician was excellent and was very knowledgeable and professional. Caesar was perfect. The cost was the only downside. $350 an hour is excessive. However, I was in a bind being around the holidays and they had appointments right away.
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
Installer was very professional, courteous and did the job in a quick timely manner. Would recommend the same installer again.
I received excellent service. Scheduling the service call was easy. They arrived within the time window specified. Cesar was polite and efficient. Less than 24 hours after my issue was reported it was resolved. I would highly recommend Heise’s. I have been using them for over 20 years and they don’t disappoint.
Eddie arrived precisely on time, very professional. Checked and fixed. Absolutely phenomenal service
We've used O'Grady Plumbing for the 50 years since building the house. It's always seemed affordable. This visit seemed a bit expensive.
awesome, expedient, honest, easy
Heise’s plumbing was great! They arrived quickly, helped fix an active leak and went above and beyond to help with the project I was doing.
Always a pleasure! Speedy, friendly, & knowledgeable!
Very thorough and fast. Will hire them again!

Been a customer for years. Excellent service and top quality parts. They answer the phone
They sent someone out right away, they arrived within the window of time that they said they’d be there. They had the equipment necessary and they solved the problem. We were pleased with their work and would use them again.
Drainage problem.
Timely, professional, great value. Replaced one bathroom faucet, fixed a second, fixed two leaky bathtubs. Our new go to plumbing solution!
Ceasar was prompt and helpful. Will call Heise’s again.
He came 20 minutes early (about 8:40 am). Luckily, I was ready anyhow. He did a good job but he seemed very pressed for time. He received 3 calls (from his boss?) asking him why he wasn't done yet. When he was done, he replaced my items back under the sink, which was very nice, but he left debris from the…
Heise’s Plumbing has responded quickly and been prompt to appointments both times I’ve used their business. Their repairmen are professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without hesitation to my family and friends!
Always excellent!
Ceasar from Heise's Plumbing texted when he was en route and even arrived a few minutes early. I had put off calling a plumber for a long time due to bad experiences. Because of this, I had a small list of things that needed I needed help with. There was an old instant hot water faucet gizmo that was rusty,…
Honest service.
did a great job
always the best!
Heise is a great company. They are responsive and are wonderful to work with.
I called Heise's late morning with a sudden faucet emergency. Someone came out 3 hours later (as scheduled) and fixed the problem quickly and neatly, giving us tips on future usage as well. I've been looking for a go-to plumber for a few years, and I've found one in Heise's.
Excellent service Excellent work Called back right away
The crew arrived exactly on time and were very efficient in their inspection and analysis of the various problems to be addressed. Clogged sink drain, non-functioning toilet flush, and a couple of leaky faucets. Excellent communication, all problems solved, and everything is now in perfect working order. Highly recommended.
Today is a very happy day. The Technician was very capable. He handled and replaced the torch on our faucet. He was quick, very friendly and I highly recommend Heise's Plumbing for your next plumbing challenge. The Technician rates eleven stars out of ten. Thank you.
They were great. Camilo got here a little early, tried to see if we could get away with just a repair (it turned out not), showed us our options, and then did the repair. He was really nice about it as well.
From the initial phone call and through out the service and followup with the invoice services were excellent. Prompt, competent, cleaned up the area, professional and pleasant to deal with. I have used Heise's Plumbing for years, they are totally reliable.
Mark, did a great job, Very happy. Highly recommend , Mark and Heise's
Great service always!
Great service!
I <3 Heise's Plumbing! I got a quote from a competing company for 2 small repairs and snaking two drains for about $1100. Heise's just did the work for under $300!!!! They did it well and José, the plumber they sent, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and took the time to help me investigate a potential…

Jordan the technician was very polite, was great at communication and came on time to fix our broken faucet. This was my first time using Heise’s but I will absolutely recommend to friends and be calling them again for future needs. Thank you for your help! The Faucet looks great.
Andy and Melvin were very good, They located the problem with a couple of minutes and had it fixed within 15 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. I recommended them to my neighbor.
Great job! Came on time - gave expert advice and fixed what was needed.
Eddie is the best!
Quick work (less than 20 minutes) once the guys arrived, although over 30 minutes late from appointment time.
Heise provides prompt and superior service. Professional beyond reproach. Highly recommend.
The Heise gentleman was very skilled and did a professional job with all my concerns. Thank you so much!!!
Gil is great! Super punctual, efficient, clear explanations, friendly. Would definitely recommend.
My two-handle bathtub faucet had a slow drip leak. Another plumber looked at it and said there was no currently manufactured replacement valve for the 40+ year old defective one. His solution was a drastic one - to remove some tiles and install a completely new system. In contrast, Heise's plumber found a close…
Excellent Service and Knowledgeable
Plumber was 2hrs late, but said he would be 1hr late. I sent a video of the leaky faucet 1 week in advance, and was not told I would need to shut the building water off (water in older SF apartment buildings has to be shut off for everyone). When he gets there, something breaks while he's doing the repair and it…
Albert was great!
On time arrival with quick and professional service. Thanks Gil!
