Eduardo, and Jil of Heises plumbing were efficient and clean and did a wonderful job of installing my new faucet as well as removing the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again.

2 person crew. Friendly, professional careful to clean up. Opened up ceiling in room below leaking bathtub. Identified issue (improper drain line connections done by contractor years before). Waiting for estimate to redo line. Expect to use Heises.

SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.
The technicians were fantastic. Their troubleshooting pinpointed the culprit and I can now make a plan to fix it.

Crew responded promptly to an appointment request, arrived as promised, worked quickly to assess the issue (clog well down the line), confident in their plan of action to access and dislodge, executed efficiently, and double checked that everything was resolved.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficient way Brandon diagnosed our leak issue & then proceeded to make the repairs. He also replaced our garbage disposal and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left… & same day service!! I called this morning & they happened to have an opening. Thank you!
