Eduardo, and Jil of Heises plumbing were efficient and clean and did a wonderful job of installing my new faucet as well as removing the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again.

SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.

Crew responded promptly to an appointment request, arrived as promised, worked quickly to assess the issue (clog well down the line), confident in their plan of action to access and dislodge, executed efficiently, and double checked that everything was resolved.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficient way Brandon diagnosed our leak issue & then proceeded to make the repairs. He also replaced our garbage disposal and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left… & same day service!! I called this morning & they happened to have an opening. Thank you!

Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.

On a second visit to repair what was discovered on the first, they thoroughly checked the downspout, determined where the fault was after testing, and sealed the part of the downspout that appeared to be the source of the leak. Both were professional, diligent and courteous. They promised to return if the problem continued. I’m pleased with their work.
