SF Water reported excessive leakage last few days. Jose confirmed no leaks in the toilets and that the water meter was not moving so this appears to be a system issue with SF Water. Jose confirmed I will receive a written report and video of the letter asap.

Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.

On a second visit to repair what was discovered on the first, they thoroughly checked the downspout, determined where the fault was after testing, and sealed the part of the downspout that appeared to be the source of the leak.
