Eduardo, and Jil of Heises plumbing were efficient and clean and did a wonderful job of installing my new faucet as well as removing the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again.
Plumbers arrived bang on time for the estimate and doing the work. I just let them at the job and they were done in about 30mins! Very professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable. All round excellent service👍
prompt efficient service by knowledgeable staff
Heise’s Plumbing is wonderful! Called with a plugged up kitchen sink, Cesar was here in about an hour and about one hour later problem was solved. Cesar is knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and he was training a young plumber in the business. Wonderful experience, will use them again for my many plumbing and heating needs, which are numerous.
Really appreciate Eric’s expertise and having done the job at a reasonable price. He replaced my bathroom sink’s ptrap which was an accordian plastic style, non sf compliant and smelled horrible. In the process, also fixed the leak. I had 3 different plumbers come by and am happy with choosing Heise’s in the end.
Outstanding experience with an emergency plumbing repair of a leaking refrigerator water late at night. Expert advice by phone, followed by a professional and high quality repair and customer service.
I'm satisfied with the work done, especially by repair to an outdoor hose faucet. Usually, a small item is replace-only, but I still have my turtle faucet and it no longer leaks.
A wonderful company to work with. I have worked with them for decades and they are great for normal plumbing calls and emergency work.
Heise Plumbing installed our water heater several years ago and their service was amazing. We recently had two issues: our kitchen sink had a serious leak and a toilet that would no longer flush properly. We called Heise and they had someone over the next morning exactly at the time scheduled. Our service person…
Arrived on-time and was very easy to work with.
Replaced a tenant's undersink pipe in the kitchen. The guys were able to come out quickly, repair/replace, and NEAT! 1 hour of work plus parts. Good, professional service. We always call Heise's.
Both times I've had Heise's out to do work on our plumbing, they have been professional, thorough and timely. Matteo helped us out today, and explained everything thoroughly while he worked. Thank you, Matteo!
Excellent, efficient, and professional service. We had extensive alteration to our kitchen sink plumbing. It was a major upgrade for us. Jose was terrific - solved all of our problems with ease.
We had a troublesome leak under the toilet and the shutoff valve to it was frozen. Cesar was exactly on time, friendly and communicated precisely with us. He got to work quickly and efficiently. Professional service from start to finish. We are extremely grateful as the leak was a nightmare.
Very prompt and fast service- thank you!
Great - They arrived on time- knew what they were doing and worked fast.
After discovering an unfortunate leak in the garage from a washing machine riser, I was immediately told to contact Mike from Heise’s Plumbing. Mike was so understanding as this was during our 2025 Thanksgiving Family gathering.! Of all times to have a leak! No more than 45 minutes later a very kind young man named…
Great service and prompt response to an emergency fix needed on a Sunday morning.
I had a leak under the kitchen sink. As always Heise came to the rescue. They are the BEST. Professional. Knowledgeable. Informative and just really nice employees.
Jose did a fine job on both the toilet and shower issues. Courteous, professional, thorough … per usual.
Major leak under kitchen sink; the plumber identified three problems and worked very hard to fix them. The customer service representative responded quickly to have him out to our house. Excellent service all around.
Caesar did a great job. He worked quickly and left everything looking very clean.
Heise's came highly recommended by friends, and they delivered! Their team is professional, effective and courteous. They were able to quickly and effectively make a diagnosis of the issue, provide an estimate and resolve our issue. It was a pleasure working with them and we will be doing so again!
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
Able to handle an emergency on the day I called
On time, confident, cool, and got multiple tasks done swiftly.
Very helpful service. I like how Eddie always leaves with a plan for the work that is clearly outlined. No sutprises 🙂
I’ll admit, this review starts in a dark place: me, stricken with violent food poisoning from a local establishment, unable to reach the porcelain shrine in time, and instead baptizing my poor bathroom sink. After trying every “recommended algorithm” for unclogging (remove solids, hot water, vinegar & baking soda,…
Very impressed by his knowledge, skills and professionalism. What’s a life saving!
Amazing service. I had a real plumbing emergency (water coming through the ceiling from an upstairs apartment) and the guys showed up in FIFTEEN MINUTES! They really saved the day. And for less than I was expecting to have to pay. I could not be happier
I recommend Heise's plumbing. Came early in the appointment window, nice guy, courteous, and got the job done quickly.
Replace broken water heater. Repair one water faucet. Plumbers arrived 3hours after my call. They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. They did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone with a plumbing problem. Ed
Heise's Plumbing is expert, reliable, very accommodating for a repeat customer. No need to think of going somewhere else.
Been a customer for years. Excellent service and top quality parts. They answer the phone
Timely, professional, great value. Replaced one bathroom faucet, fixed a second, fixed two leaky bathtubs. Our new go to plumbing solution!
We have used Heise's plumbing many times. I had an emergency and very fortunately, they were able to come right away. I have found them to be very honest, efficient, and kind. I would (and have) recommend their service to anyone.
Heise's Plumbing was communicative, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The technician explained the situation so it created a level of trust. I would highly recommend Heise's Plumbing for all your plumging needs.
He came 20 minutes early (about 8:40 am). Luckily, I was ready anyhow. He did a good job but he seemed very pressed for time. He received 3 calls (from his boss?) asking him why he wasn't done yet. When he was done, he replaced my items back under the sink, which was very nice, but he left debris from the…
A great experience. Arrived on time very professional and knowledgeable
Caesar was fantastic! I had a bad leak under my sink and they were able to get to me that day. I would recommend them to everyone!
The technicians showed up on time, were professional, and completed the job in the first appointment.
Ceasar from Heise's Plumbing texted when he was en route and even arrived a few minutes early. I had put off calling a plumber for a long time due to bad experiences. Because of this, I had a small list of things that needed I needed help with. There was an old instant hot water faucet gizmo that was rusty,…
Very helpful with advance, accommodating to additional requests. I noticed some imperfections which they where happy to improve on right away.
We had a major water heater leak and they were able to give us same-day service. Dispatch and repair work were done very well!
We got an appointment on the same day we called, service was fast and professional, done well, and affordable.
Staff were punctual, efficient, explained all aspects of work being done and we’re very professional.
After we had found water leaking from bathroom sink water valves, Cesar of Heise’s came over the next day and did great job fixing leak by successfully installing new hot and cold water valves. Heise’s is very reliable and prompt and we would hire them again.
Heise is a great company. They are responsive and are wonderful to work with.
Jose from Heise was thorough and excellent. Had all the parts on hand and effectively got my leaks fixed right away, no problems at all since, everything working great. Thanks!
I have been using Heise’s Plumbing for 20 years or so. They are dependable, quick to get out to make a repair, friendly and always get the job done right. I had the same experience with them again and they continue to earn my loyalty given they are a trustworthy business!
All of the technicians who came (x3) were professional and professional. However, the jury is still out as to whether or not my problem was solved. We’ll see and then I’ll be able to evaluate further
Great service always!
