Frank and Cesar did a great job! Fast and efficient!
Plumbers arrived bang on time for the estimate and doing the work. I just let them at the job and they were done in about 30mins! Very professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable. All round excellent service👍
On time, quick and fixed the problem fast.
Good work. Started and finished on time. I got my money's worth for replacing old ventilation piping.
Nice people, great service. We will certainly call them again in the future. This was the third time we have used Heises. Again fixed the problem without issue.
Always impressed by the professionalism, tidiness, and efficiency of the Heise’s techs who come to my house. I feel like I pay a fair price for great work every time. Thank you!
Always professional, on time, very neat with installation and clean up. Their service people are always polite and competent

Amazing. The Heise’s Plumbing team was responsive, professional, competent and frequently. Highly recommend.
A wonderful company to work with. I have worked with them for decades and they are great for normal plumbing calls and emergency work.
Quick response to my call. Eduardo was fast, skilled and had all the parts we needed.
Came on time and finished earlier than expected.
The plumbers were on time, friendly and professional & got the job done quickly. Before leaving, they didn’t give any advice on maintenance, like flushing/draining the water heater once a year to prevent sediment buildup. I thought they should have mentioned that. Good communication with their office getting the…
Eduardo was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He also provided tips for ensuring g proper cleaning schedule and materials in the future. 4 stars bc $350 seem high for Heise service call and service especially something simple.
Responded to emergency call very quickly. Repaired issue issue timely. Very courteous and professional
Replaced a tenant's undersink pipe in the kitchen. The guys were able to come out quickly, repair/replace, and NEAT! 1 hour of work plus parts. Good, professional service. We always call Heise's.
Pretty good. I don’t think I ever got a response to my text messages, so not sure why it is offered as an option. We sent photos in, asked some questions around scheduling, etc via text, but no response.
Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.
Excellent, efficient, and professional service. We had extensive alteration to our kitchen sink plumbing. It was a major upgrade for us. Jose was terrific - solved all of our problems with ease.
Heises Plumbing went above and beyond on our plumbing repair in our SF apartment. Great work and communication. Would definitely hire again for our plumbing needs.
My garbage disposal has been limping along, where it would work and then break down. I finally decided to get another. Heise's was recommended to me by Parkside Appliance and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Heise's set up an appointment with me and arrived on time and installed a new garage disposal.…
Eduardo was good. I think we need him back to deal with another issue
Awesome service. They have always been reliable and reasonably priced.
Thank you Jose for fixing the kitchen sink!
The Plummer who did the job at our house was very professional and let us know exactly what he was doing and why.
Great - They arrived on time- knew what they were doing and worked fast.
Excellent work, they even accommodated me With an earlier time. The techs came did their job in a professional and timely manner. Thank you Heises plumbing.
Flawless service and and very professional. On time, which is a rarity now in San Francisco.😀😀😀
Great service and prompt response to an emergency fix needed on a Sunday morning.
We've counted on Heise's for years. They always get things done quickly and professionally.
Heise's Plumbing cleared a stopped up toilet for me. They came out the same day I called, cleared the problem in a professional manner and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them. Just used Heise's again to install a faucet--same great service!
Quick response and great customer service.
Cesar fixed the problems he was able to address with parts on hand and advised us on how to obtain replacement parts for a uniques faucet at the best price. Performed all work in a timely manner and was very personable.
Major leak under kitchen sink; the plumber identified three problems and worked very hard to fix them. The customer service representative responded quickly to have him out to our house. Excellent service all around.
Heise's showed up promptly and performed the work quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.
Very professional. And really fast. Thank you for your help with this.
Came promptly and did the job well. Very nice guy so that was a plus!
The plumbers were on time, friendly, knowledgable and very efficient in their work. They explained the issue and the options to repair. I would definitely hire from Heise's Plumbing again.
On a second visit to repair what was discovered on the first, they thoroughly checked the downspout, determined where the fault was after testing, and sealed the part of the downspout that appeared to be the source of the leak. Both were professional, diligent and courteous. They promised to return if the problem continued. I’m pleased with their work.
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
Ceasar was right on time, friendly, focused, and did an excellent job!
Had them do a bid on a water pressure regulator and replacing a broken drain pipe on the side of the house. They did a thorough estimation looking for ways to cut costs while still doing quality work. Their bid was competitive the scheduled me in the next business day. I appreciated the time they took to explain the…
Awesome and prompt service!
Eduardo from Heise’s plumbing did a great job. He was professional, fixed the problem, and explained the issue as well.
Rapid response, expeditious service. Will use again.
Quick service, very professional, very friendly, excellent experience the three or four times I’ve called. Heise’s has unclogged some drains for me and just completed a small repiping project.
Unbelievable what these guys did today. We had multiple rotted pipes in a crawlspace below a mixed use building, combined w backed up first floor commercial opening at 4pm. Plumbers from previous day were unavailable due to already scheduled conflicts. Eduardo showed up at 11, new to the project, and said, "Relax,…
I’ll admit, this review starts in a dark place: me, stricken with violent food poisoning from a local establishment, unable to reach the porcelain shrine in time, and instead baptizing my poor bathroom sink. After trying every “recommended algorithm” for unclogging (remove solids, hot water, vinegar & baking soda,…
Very impressed by his knowledge, skills and professionalism. What’s a life saving!
Excellent service. James and his co-worker were skilled, professional, and very pleasant. They did an excellent job, and on short notice. I'm definitely a continuing customer and am happy to recommend Heise's Plumbing. On a more recent visit, Ceasar did an equally skilled job (on a different, but related,…
Service is always above and beyond. Thank you !
Very strong first work job from Heise's. Sergio was incredibly well informed as an estimator. James and Marlon were fast, accommodating and did a great cleanup.
I recommend Heise's plumbing. Came early in the appointment window, nice guy, courteous, and got the job done quickly.
prompt, professional & quick to complete the job. We call Heise's whenever we need plumbing help because they respond quickly and their work is excellent.
Prompt and courteous service
Been a customer for years. Excellent service and top quality parts. They answer the phone
Excellent receptionist and all employees were so helpful
Brandon and Josue replaced our cracked main line the same morning we called. They were responsive, on time, and diligent. They left the site tidy and ensured the issue was fixed. We found Heises through a referral from a friend and neighbor - now we’re happy to recommend this company, too!
Have used Heise's multiple times; always find them helpful and doing high quality work. Replacement of shut-off valves was another good experience.
