Pretty good. I don’t think I ever got a response to my text messages, so not sure why it is offered as an option. We sent photos in, asked some questions around scheduling, etc via text, but no response.
Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.
