Brendan and his team were tenacious about figuring out our clog issue. They were the second plumbing team to address it and they didn’t leave until they explained how to stop it from happening again!
I initially had an issue with the service that was delivered but was impressed that they returned and completed the task very professionally. I would still advise that there is more clarity in terms of what charges are made for camera inspections that may or may not lead to hydro-jetting and recommend customers clarify this in advance.
