follow up visit. Were able to locate part and complete the plumbing repair the next day. Excellent work. conscientious informative technician Reception/ business office very efficient, helpful, accommodating time wise and prompt with billing
Fast service, Eduardo was very nice and efficient. Everything was done from phone call to fixed in an hour and a half. Thank you
Plumber was on time. Fixed the blockage and communicated with me throughout the process.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficient way Brandon diagnosed our leak issue & then proceeded to make the repairs. He also replaced our garbage disposal and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left… & same day service!! I called this morning & they happened to have an opening. Thank you!
Prompt and thorough.
Jose was professional, competent and respectfully clean and thorough. He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and a malfunctioning shower handle. Jose skillfully repaired the leak, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in the shower. We highly recommend Jose and Heise.
They did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them for plumbing repair.
Amazing and efficient service! Replaced my broken shower handle - when it didn’t get as hot as it used to, they came back and adjusted it free of charge! Kind folks all around. Would call again!
We had one plumbing issue which the plumber handled very well. He also advised us on a question we asked which led to our calling Heise for an appointment to evaluate the situation - that is before it became a problem
Heise's came highly recommended by friends, and they delivered! Their team is professional, effective and courteous. They were able to quickly and effectively make a diagnosis of the issue, provide an estimate and resolve our issue. It was a pleasure working with them and we will be doing so again!
The Best Water Heater installations around. Dependable, Affordable, Job Done Right!
The Heise team did a great job on my small project.
It took a few visits to get it perfect, but Heise’s was able to replace our shower faucet WITHOUT needing to do tile work, which was huge for us. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and overall are very happy with the service. Would use them again.
Jose was very professional.
Drainage problem.
I found a gas leak in the garage around 4 pm. I called two other plumbing companies and they were all getting ready to go home. Knowing gas leaks can't wait, Heise went out of the way to convince two of their plumbers to swing by after they were finished with their day's work to help me. And the fixed the problem…
Staff were punctual, efficient, explained all aspects of work being done and we’re very professional.
always the best!
Heise is a great company. They are responsive and are wonderful to work with.
I had a great experience with Heises Plumbing. A while back, they replaced our water and sewer mains when we poured our new driveway so I immediately thought of them for this small job. I will never again call the other guys (who said it would be $1000 to fix the shower, which Heises did for about one tenth of the cost).
Luis and Christian were professional, friendly and completely capable of getting the job done. Outstanding!!
Eddie is the best!
I am a repeat customer and have always has good experiences with their service and successful completion of the jobs.
Very professional and knowledgable.
The Heise gentleman was very skilled and did a professional job with all my concerns. Thank you so much!!!
Gil is great! Super punctual, efficient, clear explanations, friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Prompt service. Quickly found problem and took care of it.
Showed up for appointment on time and did a very professional job on the maintenance tasks of replacing kitchen facet and garbage disposal as well as replacing stem in bath/shower facets. Of course doing the plumbing work is different from billing/office support and being non-responsive to a query about billed parts charges can be a cause of concern.
Gilbert was efficient, professional and fixed the leak. I couldn’t ask for more. I wish I hadn’t had to wait 4 days for Heises to send someone, but I guess they are busy for a good reason. Will use them again happily.
Very professional, he did good work repairing the shower faucet. I would highly recommend.
