Conrad and Franklin replaced an old toilet with a new Toto model at my home. They were in and out in 50 minutes having completed a beautiful job. Pressure toilet began running constantly and then making constant roaring sound. I thought house was going to blow up. Jose arrived in 30 min And fortunately had new part on truck for this old toilet.. all taken care of in 30 min. This is a house with only 1 toilet and guests expected in 2 hours. 🙏 For Jose and Hueise plumbing

Toto Washlet installed. However, the old control panel, now useless, remains on the wall and I can’t remove it. There is a wall bracket for the handheld controller that wasn’t installed. And despite a bold warning to the installer, cushion pads were not affixed to the tank lid. What’s next?
Heise is a great company. They are responsive and are wonderful to work with.
Working with Heises plumbing was an excellent experience. They worked out details beforehand over the phone, gave me a choice of dates and even arrived an hour early. They replaced 2 toilets and a garbage disposal within 2 hours leaving everything clean afterwards. I would t hesitate to call them in the future.
